I don't think it is desperate. Look at how many advertisements SRK does. No one would say he is doing them because he is not successful. Money talks. She should stay true to what works for her, and this look works for her.

Vidya isn't desperate, katrina is! She doesn't need to do those roles.

How do we know who is desperate and who is not? Everyone is in the industry to work and more than that for MONEY.

It is another matter that Vidya can't do what Katrina can and there is something called grooming yourself. You can't be careless about your body and then say cliches like 'I will do only good roles', I am taking 1 film at a time etc.

All of them ultimately do the same kind of roles.

Vidya looks pretty and in my view she is now one of the handful of actors that can ACTUALLY act and really well..she reminds me of the actors like priety, rani etc who got to where they are on talent. I hope she does another film soon.
