Whole village makes a big issue infront of Anandi's house about Champa, putting whole blame on Anandi. Meanwhile Anandi's parents arrive and ask bout the whole issue. Anandi explains the truth to her mom, saying that she was just trying to help Champa as she was locked in the house by her step-mom and called Lallan (champ's bf) so that champa can return his book (this was the fake story which champa told anandi inorder to meet lallan).
Hearing all this Anandi's mom starts beating her and asks her y she got into all this matter. Postman stops her and tells whole village that all this has happened b'coz of champa's early marriage and as she has grown her likes and dislikes have changed and this was the reason behind her eloping.
But, as usual, villagers dont listen to him and goes in search for champa and lallen. Anandi's mom gets worried bout her and restrict her from playing with kids. Anandi starts getting involved in house works...........washing dishes, feeding cows, cooking etc.
One day Anandi's mom sees her chating wid one of the boy. she shares this with her husband and request him to send Anandi to her in-laws. He calms her down and says its tooo early for her........already one year have passed and rest 4 yrs will also pass and to have faith in Anandi as she wont do anything wrong.
here in jag's house, Sugna's in-laws are here to fixup a date for her Gauna. But, to everyones surprise, Jag's dad refuses it and says that he wud send his daughter to her in-laws only at the age of 18. and if they are ready its fine or else he is happy to keep his daughter at home for ever.
