Agreed that KS has had many disturbing storylines in it's time... two rapes in the first year, bigamy, kids outta wedlock, and stuff like that... but hey, it's not like that now ๐Ÿ˜Š
We can dwell forever on the past of KS, or we can see what is here in the present day KS. In general, everything moves on, both in TV serials, and in real life - if nothing moved forward, then we'd still be in the age of dinosaurs! ๐Ÿ˜ณ
All I'm saying is that yes, KS has had bad stories, but the creatives seem to have learnt by not repeating those disturbing things anymore ๐Ÿ˜Š
Anyways, I've seen loadsssssssssss of people complain on this forum about how they wish that Walia could once again have a clean slate. And so even though they bahaved respectfully (they didn't write abusive towards creatives, or have meltdowns, etc), I wouldn't call them a "one man" army ๐Ÿ˜Š I think their opinions should be respected also ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ
Anyways, whilst Walia cannot be given a clean slate, his own son is getting that benefit - the old Walia personality, and no bad history!
I think that the creatives have played the best they could with the cards they were dealt ๐Ÿ˜Š
God bless.

Loved each and everyone of these scenes....
From RK's emotionalscenes list I think the one that I will always remember is the one where he talks to his unborn child, it was just beautiful...saw shades of that this year at the graveyard after he found out ganga is his daughter.

Ravi,
You forget, this is KS. The creatives can give a clean slate to anyone and everyone! Same way, Veer can also be made to have a totally different personality in a jiffy!
Perhaps this track does have potential, but only and only if Jai and Veer have a proper "Confrontation" track. The track will lose steam if one party is shown to be right on top and the other has no power. Plus, the creatives have to absolutely keep Jai and Bani together on this issue. Only then will there be something worth watching!
Yes, the creatives can only play the best they can with the cards they are dealt with, but the power to deal with the cards is in the hands of the creatives themselves. Bring on a powerful confrontation track, keep Jai and Bani on one side, standing strong together and maybe the icing on the cake could be show that Pia lied all those years ago.

Suganthi ji,
As usual, I agree with you! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ
Yeah, there is no doubt that despite potential, the story can indeed turn into yet another sorry excuse for drama... but hey, the current times are nowhere near as diabolical as times in the past, right? In my books, that counts as improvement ๐Ÿ˜Š
And yes, the creatives can give characters a clean slate... but the thing is that when the character does something disgusting, it kinda tarnishes the viewer's image of the character (well, at least on this forum anyway ๐Ÿ˜† ). And therefore it's often tough for viewers here to forgive characters - many people here have said things to the effect off "Walia died at the end of 2006". And so creatives can give a clean slate to established characters, but viewers on the forum seem to be less lenient.
Confrontations would definitely be a good thing... but I think it would be kinda weird for Walia to not be the Veer's father [:S] After all that has happened, I think Veer is best off being a Walia ๐Ÿ˜Š
God bless.

Sheesh,

Only people with stone hearts don't lose it when little kids die for no reason. And we all know that KS creatives don't have any hearts to show kids dying on Diwali day, don't we?

My SS described perfectly what the creatives were...in fact I should post that as a blog somewhere....although, lot of people wrote to me saying that they really enjoyed the apt names for the creatives....๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก

KS episodes will resume over here in the UK this upcoming monday, and so I'm happy about that. The promo for the Veer track does look pretty cool ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ
I think it's clever how they have made Veer to be a cool version of Walia. It's good that at least they have made one of Walia's many kids to actually have things in common with him ๐Ÿ˜Š
I'm very much looking forward to seeing this track unfold. I know that the multiple rape scenes (two in 2006 alone!) in KS were kinda hard to accept... but on the bright side, at least now (2 years on), it's brought on a track with good potential ๐Ÿ˜ƒ
God bless.

Thanks Ravi Bhai,
dont know how long i will be here ...๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Anyways, it really would be interesting if someone other than Walia was Veer's father... and yet, Veer still has those distinct Walia personality traits ๐Ÿ˜›
I think that by introducing Walia's son Veer, the creatives have listened to the public demand - they've brought back the old Walia personality, but the character is without the heavy baggage of countless kids (from different ladies), and history of being taken to the cleaners by foes, etc. Seriously, I think it's good work from the creatives ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ
Now I'm also thinking that seeing as Walia and Pia's child is far more powerful than any of Walia and Bani's numerous kids, maybe Walia should have gone ahead and had another "suhaag raat follow up" with Pia (as he was giving to)... but uff, just a bit of itching powder got in the way ๐Ÿ˜ณ
Anyways, despite that, I hope he doesn't go and have half a dozen more kids just to make up for that [:S]
God bless.

๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜†
you never know ..ravi .. JW at 70 is still potent ( a man can have a child till 80 i read somewhere )and ekta, and her creatives are impulsive ,.so who knows they might show Bani pregnant again , ( as seen lately ,JW cant stop flirting with his recently recociled wife )๐Ÿ˜‰ after all she is still young ..and as the millenium has proven ..a woman doesnt have to rush before the expiry date of her biological clock .to have a baby . there are numerous ways to bring this into the storyline ... lets say Ganga / Rishi one fine day cant have a kid ... in steps Mama B..with the help of an eager JW ๐Ÿ˜‰ to gift their daughter a baby . ๐Ÿ˜‰
