Nurse Joker was hilarious - that was one of my favourite scenes as well... OOh and I loved the first scene with the Joker when he says, "Whatever doesn't kill you simply makes you........stranger"...
And yeah, the saddest part about watching Heath as the Joker was that we know that he'll never get to see how very popular he became with fans and critics alike after his performance.... and that we'll never to get to see his version of the Joker again in a sequel... :-(
OOoh, now that you mention Angad with the Joker's make-up and everything, I'm thinking if Bollywood ever makes like a Indian version of Batman or something (and Bollywood being Bollywood, you know they will eventually), I'd like to see Angad as the Indian version of the Joker....I think he could pull it off...

My other favourite scene - The interrogation.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ohU16OiduUs&feature=related This was just a brilliant scene....What the Joker said about even the most civilised of people turning on each other when the chips are down was interesting and probably true to some extent. It was certainly true in Harvey's case - he was labelled the White Knight by Gordon and the Joker managed to corrupt the supposedly incorruptable!........On a lighter note, I loved how he was just laughing while Batman was beating the crap out of him... he's so sado-masochistic...
