I couldn't stop laughing watching the start of Bidaai today- Alekh was amazing, how he shouted at Sadhna saying 'jaise mein keh raha hoon waise karo, chalo!!' he was like a typical husband there, lol!! And when he told Ragini to smile and stop crying all the time, he's too good!! xx

lol!!! today first time i laughed soooo much while watching bidaai.... aalekh as always was adorable and at the same time funny also.... i loved the way he shouted at sadhna and then told ragini to smile and the smile ragini gave that time was also funny😆😆😆 (not the normal pretty smile that she always gives) and the way he was teasing ranvir.... superb realy too good.... and today ranvir proved one thing... that he always needs aalekh not only for moral support but also to share the happiness as well as sorrows.......

Id agree to that point... Ranveer needs Alekh for moral support as well as to share his happiness....
But normally its very rare of such an affection when one sibling is mentally unfit and the other a normal one...

But I dont understand one thing... at one place they show Alekh a simpleton who doesnot understand the world outside... And on the other hand they show that he's well wise to make and play a prank on someone ... Be its today's episode when he teased Ranveer on Ragini's engagement or be it when he plotted with Ranveer to get Ragini out of the house so that Ranveer could propose her....

What I mean to say is that if he can understand all this... then he can also understand that Sadhna is not his DOST but his WIFE....

No offence guys... I do adore Alekh... but its somthing I cannot comprehend with.. its like two diffrent characters....

^^^ I guess the basic point is that Aalekh is child-like....and a child would have been able to do all the things that he is doing....scheme a bit to get Ragi out of the house to meet Ranvir or play a prank on Ranvir.
His mind is not like that of an adult, so that's why he doesn't comprehend Sadi being his wife and not dost....he has both a child's innocence and naivete and yet at the same time the naughtiness as well.

He does say that Sadhana is his patni. In his mind the meaning of patni (which is what Choti Ma said) is someone who becomes the most important thing in your life and your best friend. That's what he sees Sadhana as and that's the perfect explanation of a spouse.

Aalekh was extremely adorable today. The faces he made were priceless.

Alekh was great, as always, in today's epi... When he was trying to childishly force a smile out of Ragini and asked her why she cries all the time...I almost expected him to blurt out a Joker-like, "why so serious?" at her....
Sorry, I'm on a TDK (The Dark Knight) high and I have to post this.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wQHfoz9Be7U

^ I know! TDK was easily THE BEST superhero film ever made! Heath Ledger (R.I.P.) was just amazing as the Joker... I mean I respect Jack Nicholson a lot, I think he's a fantastic actor and his Joker is legendary, but Heath's portrayal of the Joker was so freakin scary in a sort of like a "I've never been so terrified and amused at the same time" way. He made the Joker what he was always supposed to be (at least in the earlier Batman comics).... a psychotic, merciless serial killer with no remorse whatsoever, Nicholson's Joker was just a punchline, he was funny, but not so much scary....
Anyway, yeah, it would've been funny to see Alekh saying that in the Joker's voice....
Sorry for geeking out like that.... 😳

no, it's not geeky at all, I agree with you 100%, yeah Jack Nicolson was good, but no one can match what Heath Ledger did- he totally did justice to the role!! When I went to watch it in the cinema I was gripping on to my seat the whole time, but his performance made me laugh a lot aswell, especially the scene where he tries to blow up the hospital in his funny nurse get-up, and it doesn't at first, but then he jumps when it does, LOL!! Just thinking about it gives me goosebumps, poor Heath didn;t get to see how loved his portrayal of the joker is :( !! Lol, Imagine Angad with the whole Joker make-up repeatedly saying 'Why So Serious?' Sara and Parul would freak out!! ROFL!! Sorry for rambling on...xx
