Actually I thought it was completely different.

The 72 year old man couldn't have any kids with his first two wives. And JW has legendary fertility and he had kids with whoever he slept with and did not sleep with.

The age is the only thing that is similar, nothing else....But haan! It proves that his wife at 50 can still have children by IVF if they choose to have one more.

Well ofcourse JW can have kids, but it depends on the women, cause a man even if he's in his 90s can still have a child cause a man's body alwayas stays active. However for a women, its rare to be pregnant after the age of 50, because for a women its quite dangerous and that specific wome has many chances of getting a miscarrige or dying while giving birth and the baby could also come out handicaped or something. Anyways enough said.
