Dear friends,
As you all know it is a tradition in the US to celebrate this day at a learge scale.....though we are Indians by birth...we still go along with the stream...and we do celebrate this day with friends whose families are not here in this country....we always make it a point to call friends who live in our town all by themselves leaving their kith and kins back home....
This year we had about 35 friends....for dinner
The menu was:
15 lbs whole turkey
Gravy for turkey
stuffing
mash potato
green bean with seseme seed in garlic sauce
sweet potato grilled
corn bread
pasta with meat balls
grilled veg salad
grilled fruits & freash fruits
All came out well....and we could make our buddies forget about their lonliness......hu....hu....hu....I did again!!!!!!!!!
