Hello all,

As all of you might know,

South Mumbai has been under terror attack and it is still going on. There are hostage situations at Taj Hotel, South Mumbai and Oberai Hotel, South Mumbai and Ramada Hotel and they are holding american people hostages there.On the terrace of Taj, 2 terroist ahve held 15 poeple have been held hostages. Also Nariamn point is also under attack. Granades have been thrown from the building too.It seems that all the big hotels are under attack. They have told people not to go out on streets. Also, Cama hospital is under attack and there is gun battle going on.Also, there is gun battle going on at VT station, Metro theatre.

Its been 2 and half hours till it started, but the terror has not ended. Its so horrible!!! more than 100 people(nearly 200) have been inuured and around 55 people have died. Also army has been called to help the police.

I hope all of you and your family members are safe there.

I've also just heard it on the news. Are any of our regulars in Mumbai? Not that it matters - hope you are all safe and sound. May God keep you that way.

Why? Why Why I mean why this happens why people do this? What they get doing this?

Hatered, agony blast, attack ego, religon,devastation is there any end of it????

cann't people just spread love well.......me completely broken down seeing this ews on TV and b4 all this I was gaonna share my view with you all that yesterday only we watched Wednesday a bold movie with correct message and I was happy inside that it might awaken the society.

But I have no clue what I saw 8 hrs b4 is goning to be cruel reality. I'm feeling relly helpless and the only message I could spread from this FORUM spread peace enough of living under terror message for whole world

if we could do at all for our entertainment we can definetly do something to spread the peace message to the WORLD.

I wish God please give them strenght to cope who lost lives and courrage to all who are struggling.

I personally cannot understand the taking of life of anyone innocently. I am a muslim and proud to be one but I havent read anywhere you are allowed to take the life of an innocent person be it a foreigner or not. If in a battlefield yes defend yourself but this is just chaos. Be it Hindu, Muslims or any religion you cant use it as an excuse to spread violence. I just cant understand it. I know there are quite a few issues underground that we cant see openly and that these attacks are sometimes the result and anger of a few...retaliate yes by protesting...raise awareness...have debates..but senseless killing defies any human logic...

It doesnt really matter who has died...they were someones family member ...the fact that we are not related to them or do not know them is of little consequence...I just hope it stops soon for everyones sake. Its just plain sad to see...
