Raghav and Pratha are in their respective homes, extremely upset, but unable to communicate with each other. Raghav's family meet at the hotel to discuss the dcor for the forthcoming engagement ceremony. Veena calls Jas to consult her about the same. When Raghav talks to Dharam, the latter tells him to be more patient. A visibly upset Raghav gets out of the house and runs into Pratha.
They get into an argument and part ways in anger. When he gets home, Chitra shows him the engagement invite. He wants to tell everybody the truth and Dharam, sensing this, takes him away from the scene. Chirag disagrees with Dharam when he advises Raghav not to take any hasty decision. When Pratha gets a call, she rushes to the hospital to find out that Raghav is in a coma.
Seeing Raghav in a coma, Pratha admits to loving him.
She rushes out a few minutes later, realising that the whole scene had been stage-managed. Raghav chases Pratha's taxi and the accident happens right in front of him. Dharam goes over to meet Sneha and warn her to keep Pratha away from Raghav. In the meanwhile, Raghav takes Pratha to the hospital. Manav rushes to the hospital when he gets a call.
Raghav and Chirag hang around in the hospital corridor, repenting their practical joke when Sneha reaches there.
