I totally agree with your Topic. Even I felt that she should have said a few words in Hindi. And those people who are saying whats the harm etc etc.
Please note that Hindi is the language which wins her the bread butter (and much more) and she is here from such a long time.
Its not like she has to speak a lot. But saying a few words of greeting the audience and thanking the audience in Hindi is something which is mandatory.
Plus she has come to promote her HINDI FILM YUVVRAAJ. Which is not only going to be watched in cities but also in small towns and villages. Most of the audience of Zee TV is the Hindi speaking audience (about 60-70%) and so she should remember who she is catering to. She expects those hindi speaking audience to go watch her film, yet she is not ready to speak a word to them ?
In her case it is more disappointing because she can speak decent hindi (she was interviewed by Prabhu Chawla on Aaj Tak) but yet she chose to act like a total phirang and refuse to speak a word in the language which has given her everything and to an audience which has made her what she is.
