What in the world is going on?? All of a sudden Bollywood seems to be taking trips to hospitals!
Just a few days after Abhishek Bachchan was taken to the hospital, Shahrukh Khan's wife Gauri Khan has now hit the white bunks.
On Sunday evening Gauri Khan suddenly fell ill and was admitted to Mumbai's Lilavati Hospital after she complained of an acute stomach pain. She was last seen attending her pal Farah's Triumph lingerie fashion show.
Maybe there was something in the food there or the models/clothes were too hard to digest, but Gauri Khan complained of pains and nausea just hours after returning from the show.
"Though Gauri was fine till Farah's show on Friday night, on Sunday afternoon she started vomiting and feeling sick." a tabloids quoted, "Apparently, she had eaten something the night before which didn't suit her resulting in a bout of severe food poisoning."
"She was admitted to Lilavati Hospital in Bandra yesterday late afternoon. The doctors are saying it was something she ate but it could also be a gastro-intestinal infection."
Shahrukh Khan was visibly worried and he canceled all his movie and ad shoots to take care of his beloved wife. We hope Gauri feels better soon!
Talking about celebs falling sick, last month Amitabh Bachchan shocked fans across the world when he was taken in an ambulance on his birthday. Like Gauri Khan, Big B complained of acute stomach pain. Wonder who is giving them all the juice.
