well, due to some accident by pooja, sapna's bro dies... so sapna's mother blames pooja for her son's death... sapna's mother also dislikes pooja cos apparently sapna is forever with pooja and very close to her and doesn't bother much about her mother, so she blames pooja for taking her daughter away from her... Rather naive and narrow minded if you ask me..
And yes, pooja's parents have also passed away and that is why she lives with sapna and her family..
