Hi guys… we have had a serious two weeks and we all are really tense about whats gonna happen in Sanjeevani, but in the meanwhile… I thought.. lets do something we all have missed for the last few days..
Here is an AR moment that I have thought of for all of you, for this weekend….. so for now lets forget all the worries at Sanjeevani and go meet our dear Armaan and Riddhima….
The background being: Shashank is away as Abhimanyu Modi has told him he must rest for a few days ( which means Shashank is on a break, waise bhi I think his body double should be paid, double of wad he earns for covering up for Shashank all the time), Anjy is busy in Sanjeevani and Armaan is stilling struggling in one of the wards, as Abhimanyu has given him loads of work deliberately…. Now aage…
During the day in the ward:
Armaan and Riddhima meet in the corridor while both of them are busy with work…. Both of them smile at one another, and Riddhima realizes Armaan and she haven't spent much time together amidst all this tension… she smiles at him dryly, as she is still thinking, as she crosses him, Armaan on the otherhand is very very annoyed that things have changed in Sanjeevani so drastically and none of them have been able to do anything… something about Abhimanyu Modi told him, that he didn't give the good vibe…. He had come atleast thrice to check on Armaan and correct him… this had never happened with Armaan! Not even during the worst days with Dr. Keerthi…. So now all Armaan can think of while walking along the corridor is…. " syringe theek se pakad na nahi aata aapko Dr. Armaan…. Which med school did you go to?" " yeh aapka sambhaala hua ward hai? Why is it so messy and disorganized….?" " who are the nurses who report to you for duty? Aapko iski khabar kaise nahi hai…..
So riddhima sees an Armaan looking very worried and guagues that the guy has been work his ass off… she crosses him, and calls him after they are a couple of steps away….
R: Armaan….
Armaan turns back to look at Riddhima and manages a smile… " Riddhima….."
Riddhima now walks upto him….. she notices the look on his face and then she looks around… on realizing no one else is around she sweetly slips her hand into his, and walks him to the fire escape that's just a few steps away…. All the while he is quiet, dazed, annoyed as well tired, he simply follows her….
R: Baitho Armaan… ( as she settles down pulling him also down….)
Armaan doesn't sit… he looks distracted….
Riddhima now also stands up, slightly losing balance. Armaan is quick to catch her, from falling, as both of them now look into one another's eyes…. It's the most pleasant the soothing feeling… she regains balance and stands next to him… still holding his hand….
R: Kya baat hai Armaan…. Itne pareshaan kyun lag rahe ho?
A: Uss Abhimanyu ko toh main…. ( biting his teeth in anger)
R: Armaan… dekho… baitho… gussa karne se kuch nahi hoga… (Armaan still doesn't sit) this time she pulls him down with more vigor and he decides to sit, atleast not to let her effort go down the drain…
She settles down next to him…. " Armaan… gussa toh hum sab bhi hai usse… lekin… agar tum apne gusse pe kaabu nahi rakhoge toh aur bhi problem ho sakti hai….
A: lekin Riddhima.. that man is ridiculous…. Har baat main interfere karta hai… jaise uski mujhse koi jyatti dushmani ho… ( making a face)… lekin main bhi keh deta hoon.. agar usne mere zindagi se judi kisi bhi baat main dakhal deni ki koshish ki, main use…..( agrresively)
R: Armaan, dekho meri taraf… aur mujhse ek waada karo…
A: kaisa waada
R: tum aisa kuch nahi karoge jisse tumhaara naam fir se kisi problem main aaye…
Armaan pulls his hand away from Riddhima's… she tries to take it again but he pushes it away once more…
R: Armaan meri baat samajhneki koshish karo…. Agar aise waqt main humme se kisi neb hi gussa ya josh dikhaya toh hum musibat main padh sakte hai… aur hume nikalne ka unke paas bahut hi aasan reason mil jaayegi.. lekin agar hum sab, saath milke rahe, toh, hum use aur bhi acchi tarah se tackle kar sakenge….
Armaan finally smiles a little and this time looks hopeful… he slowly takes Riddhima's hand in his…. And says " not bad Dr. Riddhima kaafi samajhdaar ho gayi hai aap…."
R: what do you mean.. main toh humesha se aisi hi thi….
A: really?
R: really!
Armaan is now a lot more eased out, and he puts his arm around her and pulls her towards himself….
A: suno….
R: haan?
A: Shaam ko hum dono saath ghar challenge okay?
R: bahut din hogaye na Armaan, ke hum dono ne baith ke saath main waqt hi nahi bitaya ( actually resenting it)
A: oh toh tum mujhe miss kar rahi ho? ( winking)
R: mazaak mat karo Armaan…. Itne saari tensions, uspe papa ke saath ye sab, Doctor Keerthi… ( talking away, as she brings out all the worries)
Armaan holds her face in his hands…. And softly kisses her on her forehead… " don't worry…. Sab theek ho jayega…"
R: (looking thankful that he is around) I hope so Armaan…
Armaan suddenly makes a mock anger face turning away…..
R: Armaan…
He looks away…
She calls him.. he doesn't turn… she pats his back to call him , he turns his face more towards the other side….
R: kya hua Armaan… aur yeh kounsa naya naatak hai…
A: haan haan.. tumhe toh sab naatak hi lagega…
R: Armaan.. stop… kya hua…
A: ab main kya bolu, meri girl friend ko apne papa ki fikar hai, Sanjeevani ki fikar hai, Hitler jaisi Doctor Keerthi ki fikar hai… lekin main bechaara, kabse dukhi hoon, use miss kar raha hoon, aur use mera khayal hi nahi….
Riddhima laughs as she turns his face, towards her holding his chin… " Armaan tum bhi na…." ( she shies away as she realizes the proximity between their faces and she Armaan looks earnestly in her eyes… they look both continue to gaze as though they would kiss any moment, with just the proximity of one palm between them, Riddhima, brings her hand in between covering his lips, and tilts side ways to kiss him on the cheek….then she blushes again as she gets up to leave the place…. Armaan pulls her towards himself….getting up behind her… he holds her by her waist, asking her to wait up, as she is now trying to push him away…..
The door opens behind them and Niki is standing there…. " Armaan tum kahan the…. Wo Dr. Abhimanyu Modi tumhe dhoond raha hai… use lagta hai jo operation tum karne wale ho, us me saara equipment purana aur kharab quality ka hai….
Armaan sighs… as he leaves Riddhima's hand… she gestures him to calm down but he cant…
Niki: Jaldi jaao Armaan…. And don't worry, maine aaj raat tum dono ke liye, Italian Delight restaurant main dinner book kiya hai… so you have something nice to look forward to...
Armaan smiles.. as Riddhima hugs Niki….
