Leading television actors are lending support for The Indian Television Academy cricket match to be held at the Andheri sports complex this Satur-day. Cricketer S Sreesanth will inaugurate the match between the Television Tigers and the Television Warriors.
Talking about the cause and the cricket match. Anu Ranjan, President ITA said, "We are organising a 20-20 celebrity charity cricket match. It's a platform that will be used for creating awareness in people who indulge in the heinous act of terminating the girl foetus."
Varun Badola will captain the Television Tigers while Sharad Kelkar leads the Television Warriors.
Apart from the actors, there will also be a team of cheerleaders comprising Anu Ranjan, Daljeet, Shama Sikandar, Barkha Bisht, Tanaaz, Aparna Tilak and others.
