Leaving Shankar aside who no doubt is the most talented mentor on the show, I think Aadesh's comments on contestants' singing are much more realistic and constructive than the dumbheads Pritam and HR who have only emotional dialogues to offer, nothing that the contestant can learn from.

agreed...

and as far as listening to the performance is concerned..

shankar is too "artist".. not enough judge.. always acts as if he's listening to a pro even tho its just a nasal notalent who only gets by using rafi saahibs name

hr puts on a forlon expression during the performance and after that he overreacts and starts over clapping..

pritam just looks at the contestants like a pug puppy..
