Hey Everyone,

It's been nearly a year since I got back onto the forum , although I have been watching the show. The entry of the character Nikita has added a charm, or so I believe and I had this maddening urge to pen this idea that came to me while watching the show last evening about Armaan and Nikita...and thought would share with y'all.

Part 1 -

The loud bang on the door jerked her out of her sleep as she struggled to pull the blankets off her face in the darkness, trying to sit up.
Managing to pull the blankets off her face, she sat up in the middle of the large bed and stared ahead into the darkness , unable to register the surrounding, still sleep, stifling a yawn, when the what seemed to be distant noises , seemed to get louder, until she realized, someone was banging on her door ..."Nikki... you bum... get up!"

She sprang up from the bed, so suddenly, surprising herself , the silhouette moving beside her with the long curly hair scaring her so bad, she let a scream escape her lips ..."Aaah.."..only to realize the next moment , it was the mirror that she was staring into under the dull light of the night lamp and sighed in relief and smacked her forehead and groped her way in the semi darkness towards the door.

"What are -" she began, stifling a yawn, squinting at the young man , who walked past her into her room and muttered - "You haven't packed - " "as usual -" he added after a pause and began quickly arranging her things while she stood sleepy and dazed watching him and finally managed to ask - "what are you doing?"

"Packing your stuff - now freshen up or do you want me to kick you right towards the door ?"

"But why -"

"Because , we are leaving for Ladak this evening and we are to drive to Delhi now - " "You obviously dont remember - " when he heard a scream , that didnt particularly scare him as he turned to look at her , stuffing her clothes from the cupboard into her rugsack - "Aaaaaaaah - I forgot!" and she ran across and hugged him - "You werent joking - You werent " she said amidst the giggles hugging him -"You are a star! "

Hugging her back, he retorted "'Course not Silly'- ' Now freshen up now and lets get going -" We need to get to Delhi before this afternoon - Cmawwn now and I've got breakfast for you down in the car - "

"Whats for breakfast ?" "Your favorite - now hurry up Nicks!"

Back in the room, brushing her teeth, she did a little jig, and winked at herself in the mirror.
