Armi could just tell to shash that removing an intern option is chosen for cost cutting then i am ready to work without salary... as it is armi is so rich... on top of that he can say sanjeevani is like family to me and i should help in the crisis time.... blah blah blah

This way it would be ek teer se do nishane...

Sanjeevani can be saved
Shashank would be impressed by Armi.... better for AR's future...

correct this way armaan can help sanjivanee and he doing all this for ridz as she upset due to her dad problems and like this way he can not only help sasurji but also can stay with her love.
