As for Ekta's best serial, I think that I would give that place to a serial called "Koshish Ek Aasha". I loved the story, it was not weird like some of her other plots. In fact, there was no leap, except on the last episode, no plastic surgery and the heroine was a non-typical Balaji heroine. She had brains and was very simply dressed! Also, she never gave long speeches and was potrayed as someone who was brave, did not take any nonsense and got things done! The hero's character too was not tainted by Ekta and co! 😆

So, for me, its KS and Koshish Ek Aasha!
