What shame this show has become. The public is showing that they deserve films with Rajeev & Twinkle doing the playback. I for one, will gladly save some $s by not buying any new CDs in the future... and I am also sure that all these mentors will be out of business if they don't stand up and promote just 'singers'. I'm waiting to see how many songs AS gives to Rajeev (that Kalpana Lazmi film), or HR to Vineet (that Mithun's son's debut film), or anyone to Twinkle... and will also bet that Nihira will be a star a few years from now...
Whenever there is talk of Shreya Goshal, or Kunal Ganajawala, or even Sunidhi, Zee is always there to take credit for launching them (as SRGP or some other show winners)... if they allow Nihira to be ousted by the stupid public, they're going to regret it for a long long time (Nihira is going to shine and more!)... and all these very mentors would be in lines to get her dates!
Have lost all respect for this show and Zee. They kept criticising FG/Sony for promoting glamor/business over music, and are now themselves ripping the public the same way... and more... wake up Zee and stop this voting business. You might earn the SMS money, but will lose a few DISH subscribers.
After Qazi/Rooprekha, another non-deserving pair of Rajeev/Twinkle.
Wither Zee! You deserve to be boycotted and spanked for playing with the careers of aspiring singers (like Sharib, even Swananda).
