Cute Dress..she defi deserved the title 2 b BEST dressed....She is getting noticed jst coz of her clothes...which is goood..coz she was almost lost somewhere for few mnths...n now she is everywhere...

Very Average. BTW the perm hair look was reserved for the late 1990's, its sooo outdated today.
