same old story can we have a twist this time and Nahar finds out that his doctor UK buddy is nothing but a fake and is doing all the natak so saloni doesn't have to think about using her brains as we all know that it goes over the top sometimes thats why it went back to her childhood and poor Saloni didn't even remember who Nahar was.

So this time Nahar wants to keep her sane so she remember him only him❤️😊😉
