15th October Written Update

Aastha, Shubh , Veeru and Sulo come to know that Mahen is the real culprit

*Today*

At night , Deepa-Mahen's bedroom

Deepa is already asleep but Mahen is disturbed , unable to sleep .He is walking about the room restlessly , hands folded behind his back.Mahen keeps glancing all around him , it seems he has a feeling that someone is watching him.

Just then , he is shocked to see a man's shadow behind the curtain near the entrance from his bedroom to the corridor.He goes near it cautiously , and pulls the curtain aside with trepidation .

[Deja vu anyone? On SA's suhaag raat , Shubh pulled the curtain aside to see Mahen , and now postions reversed!]

Mahen is relieved to see no one .But he still is not reassured so he goes out into the corridor and checks whether anybody is there.

Mahen then goes back in and lies down.But still he is uneasy , and he suddenly opens his eyes and sits up in bed.He looks to his right and is shocked to see Shubh 's reflection in the wall mirror.Shubh is staring at him unblinkingly .Mahen starts sweating and then is even more scared to see Shubh's reflection disappear in a flash.

Mahen again sees the man's shadow behind the curtain .He goes near the curtain again but upon pulling it aside , sees no one there.

Next morning

Mahen is washing his hands in the bathroom basin , while the bathroom door is wide open.Suddenly the bathroom ventilator's blinds start fopening and closing , as if somebody is pulling them from outside.A surprised Mahen pulls the blinds shut but they start fluttering again.

[Pehli baar BKACN mein bathroom dekh rahi hoon...]

Now he is really scared and when he pulls them shut again , he turns around to see Shubh standing at the door staring at him.

[OH.MY.GOD.Girls......you HAVE to see Shubh....he's looking gorgeous......*swoons and faints*]

The blinds start fluttering again , and when Mahen looks at them , Shubh disappears.

Mahen loses control of himself and he rushes out into the living room , crying wildly " I ...I just saw Shubh! Shubh bhaiyu in the bathroom!....*Al the family members rush there upon hearing his shouts .Deepa instantly goes to his side and puts her hand on his arm *Main ..main bathroom mein tha aur wahan...wahan maine Shubh to dekha!"

All the family members are surprised ,Aastha and Sulo are pleased.

Vanraj : What?

Saksham(angrily) : What are you saying Mahen? How can you have seen Shubh in this house ?

*Mahen covers his face with his hands*

D: Mahen , control yourself...Shubh bhaiyu...ab humaare saath nahin hai!"

A : Mahen , even if no one else believes you , I will...I know , your feeling just like me arent you ? You're feeling that Shubh is not gone , he's still with us !...If you are saying you have seen Shubh , you must have seen him!"

Anu (thinks) : So cheap! Aastha to pagal ho hi gayi hai...ab uske pagalpan ka asar Mahen ke dimaag par bhi parne laga hai..ab to Ranawat House ko Ranawat Mental Asylum mein badal dena chahiye!

Deepa tells everyone : Mahen is waqt bahut pareshaan hai...aap sab please hume kuch der ke liye hume akela chhod dijiye...

Sulo tells Aastha : Aastha beta , apna dhyaan rako

They leave , and Deepa starts to comfort Mahen and makes him sit down.

[Operation Mahen-Ka-Karz-Chukaana Phase II complete]

Later in the living room

Mahen is lying with eyes closed on Deepa's lap.Deepa is crying and looking at Shubh's photo.Someone brings that peacock feather and touches Mahen's feet with it.

Mahen wakes up and now completely loses control of himself.
He starts talking to the living room " Leave me alone...leave me alone! go away .... why are you disturbing me ? "

D is shocked to see M like this .She tries to calm him down but M pushes her off , crying " Dont come near me ....dont touch me ...go! go! "

D (desperately) : Mahen , kya hua hai tumhe??!!!

M (wildly) : Shubh...Shubh mera peecha kar raha ...chale jao yahaan se jahaan bhi ho tum...jao jao...woh mera peecha kar raha hai!"

D(desperately) : Mahen suno meri baat! Shubh bhaiyu ne hamesha tumhaara saath diya hai...ab woh tumhaara peecha kyon karenge?

M (wildly ) : Mujhe nahin pata par woh mera peecha kar raha hai! Kar raha hai woh mera peecha !

Deepa slaps him and Mahen comes back to his senses.He and Deepa hold each other and start crying.

[Operation Mahen-Ka-Karz-Chukaana Phase III complete]

Next morning , at the breakfast table

Saksham : Dad , maana ki parivar mein yeh sab ho gaya hai lekin..hum apni business ka kaam to nahin rok sakte na

Vanraj : Kehna kya chahte ho Saksham ?

SaKsham : Yahi ki aaj humara Aaranpur ke resort ki inaugration hai ...mere khyaal se hum sab ko wahan jaana chahiye

Vanraj : Hmmm...tumhaara is baare mein kya khyaal hai Sulochana?

Sulo : I've already talked to Saksham about this ...and I said that we'll all go

Saksham : Yes dad ...because Mom ne wahan Shubh ki smarak banane ki baat bhi mujhse kahi...along with the resort's inaugration , we will also inaugrate Shubh's memorial.

Everyone is surprised , Mahen is shocked , A and Sulo watch him.

Anu : But why Aaranpur? The memorial should be at Mumbai's office or Mumbai's resort

Saksham : Shubh had worked hard for the Aaranpur resort...the memorial will be there only

Aastha : Mahen, kya hua...itne pareshaan kyon ho ?

Everyone's attention is drawn to Mahen .

A : Mahen I know you were very close to Shubh...I know you feel , like me , that he's still here

D : Kya hua Mahen? Kuch bol bhi nahin rahein....

Sulo ( gravely ) : Mahen bahut pareshaan hai...usse ab koi bhi baat mat karo...behtar hai ab se koi bhi Mahen se kuch sawaal bhi na kare

Mahen gets up and leaves agitatedly

Everyone is surprised .Aastha and Sulo look at each other , satisfied.
