Maybe Naina's mistake was being a participant on SRGMP and II at the same time - there would be some fine prints in the agreement with the channel regarding those actions...
I do not really think so as I do not see the logic, especially if she decided to drop 114 on concentrate on SRGMP. Last few rounds she has been quiet and overshadowed by Vaishali. maybe she lost confidence or went into areas where she cannot excel.
