hi frnds i have an old article of kuljeet published in a hindi newspaper dainik jagran i have the cutting of tht article. since i dont have the cam source or any scanner am translating the article to english for all of u to read..it was the time when kohinoor gathered success and kuljeet was praised.
Reporter :- how is it working in Kohinoor
Kuljeet : - oh its a great expierence. it is something i havent done before. its really exciting and i am looking forward to it.
Reporter : - Kohinoor is a thriller also. are u subjected to do roles in just thrillers
Kuljeet :- well its a challenge and thrillers do have good storylines to tell and i love to be a part of them.
Reporter:- Are you also working in films?
Kuljeet:- My movie By chance is ready for release.
Reporter : - Isnt it hard to balance between the two mediums at the same time.
Kuljeet :- not exactly...i take whatever interesting comes my way
Reporter : u made news quitting the hit show special squad for your movie? Was Gauri Pradhan the reason?
Kuljeet :- its totally rubbish that i opted special squad because of Gauri. i never thought this would become such an issue. It was all media's speculation. the things were simple that the producers of "By Chance" wanted me to take active part in the promotion so i had to quit. by the time the production got delayed and i had to sit back. but that doesnt mean i had anything against Gauri. she came only for 4 episodes whereas i was the lead, i admit that we were not friends but we did share good rapport and happy with each other's work. when i read the headlines tht i quit the show because of problems with gauri. i was shocked and called gauri and told her "that i haven't said anything to u" in the reply she was being kind and said that it is media's job to make news. and they can make anything out of it whether true or false so dont panic. i was relieved.
Reporter : how did u get kohinoor
kuljeet :- after quitting SS, i wanted to relax for sometime by then kohinoor's offer from Cinevistaa came my way, it was so interesting that i couldn't say no. i told my producers of the movie that i am going with it.
Reporter : Will u get to see in SS again.
Kuljeet : perhaps if the producers call me again i might see in the show again
