First Mayank - Sweet v/s vain?
The scene with his mom, I really liked.... It seems like he's an only child being brought up by a single mom... Don't ask me where I got ALL that from just one scene. I just did! It kinda reminded me of Jai's (Imran Khan) character's relationship with his mom in Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na.... And who else loved the whole new "vain" side to Mayank with the whole "Maa, baalon ko mat chuo!"?!?!!? I mean, who would have guessed that Mayank cared about things like his hair?! 😃 News to me!! Not in a million years would I have guessed that he was a hair guy. But it just fits in so well with his personality. ☺️☺️☺️

[I think Mayank's mom will take a liking to Nupur before Mayank will. Just another one of those feelings. Hee hee. 😳] LOL.....Mayank appears for only 3 min and yet all us fangirls manage to glean so much info about him in those few minutes only!😆😆😆......I thought the scene b/w him and his mother was the most adorable scene of this epi! Yes, it does appear that he's been brought up by a single mom....their interaction was adorable cuz for the first time we got to see Mayank with someone he loves and cares about.....and so in comes the sweet Mayank that you mentioned😍.....This scene was very well written and had that natural understatedness that is usually missing in this show and many others. So for that👏👏👏 I'd applaud it. The moment with the 'don't touch my hair' bit was toooooo cute! I thought it gave his character more layers....cuz obviously he does take care with his physical appearance....he has a casual but cool sense of style....the kind that's innate and doesn't shout out "trying too hard"....and with Moms, I guess we all turn into little kids....*sigh*😆😆😆.....and yes, I too think his Mom will take a liking to Nupur😉.....many years of soap watching experience tells me that this is bound to happen!🤣



Mayank # 2: Then comes the terrifying yet goofy Mayank in Nupur's dream. Gawd, that was just HILARIOUS! 🤣🤣🤣 The best thing was his cheesy-to-the-point-of-creepy grin [and creep, it did me.] and his lil poem: ROFL!! That was hilarious! 🤣And yes, his grin was OTT cheesy and borderline creepy😆....threw me off a bit in b/w😆😆

Nupur's "so jaao warna Mayank aa jaayega".... 🤣🤣🤣 If that is the case, I think I'll never sleep! ☺️ LOL!😆😆😆.....That was an awesome dialogue! And Nupur is also such a nautanki....her biggest nightmare is that she'll turn into a Jassi type of chashmish???😆😆😆.....I guess her "I'm the style diva" dream is always her #1 aim in life😆😆

Lmao, which was completely weird, coz why is Uday so scared of Mayank of all people....?? Yes, undoubtedly, he's smarter, but FEAR? It was like a child being scared of an authority figure! Weird! 😕😕😕 LOL....this show has a tendency to go OTT in b/w....I let most Uday moments slide as being one of those OTT moments that just leave me with a 😆

Hee hee. 😳] Its so sweet to see Mayank having a great reletionship with his mom, you know its said, that if a guy has a good reletionship with his mom, he will know how to respect all females. It was a real Jai and his mom moment, the directors of this show always take inspiration from films so maybe that, Still it wasn't like anything i've seen on TV for a long time, i actually watched it quite a few times because it had such a nice feeling to it. I hope you're right and Mayu's mom thinks Nupur is a the right girl to bring some fun to mayank's life, it's obvious she think that mayank works too hard, so she might think of nupur as a welcome change.

I loved his over the top crazy laughter there, not to offend Sammy fans but i don't think Sammy can do it with the same feeling and abandon mayank did, he's such a good actor and captures the comedy eliment right to the very last nerve of his face and body. Really him and Nupur together is superb, why of why are they not given more screen space. we mayurian's have to wait for ever just to get the smallest scene.


And lastly, the Mayank that terrifies Uday! 😆😆 My favt. part was this:
