I think she knows him but does not know tht he is in Sanjivani and there r loads of ppl with the same name, so she cant be sure. Once she sees him then I guess she will recognize him

no...sumtyms u dnt...maybe she wants 2 surprise armaan...or vatever...bt I dnt really understand dis whole rahul-muskaan-armaan n now nikita business...I mean dey all kno each other muskaan n rahul studied 2gether, so did armaan n rahul...n nw evn nikita and armaan hav studied 2gether...weird!!...

I too thought about it but then i feel like may be Armaan knows that Nikita will be coming to Sanjeevani and he would have told her about all here especially Ridz and thatz why she guesses everything so easily which our brilliant interns😆 could not find out these days....

Rahul and Muskaan are family friends (at least their families are friends), but I don't think they went to school together. Rahul and Armaan went to college together in Kasauli (right?), but shouldn't Rahul and Nikita know each other too, since she went to college with them as well. Or maybe, Rahul and Armaan went to college (as in high school, I am guessing) together, while Nikita and Armaan went to Med School together. lol okay, I just confused myself, nvm!
