My guess on what will happen in Taj Mahotsav :::

I hope things don't go as u predicted about ranveer because I think now they have to show us that he deserves to be with ragini. I know in serials the men are always shown worthless but still I hope this serial takes a different route. I think more than ragini my heart will break if he ends up rejecting her. Its high time he grew up.

And going by the laws of soapland i.e. dragging everything for as long as possible....it seems very much possible....I'm also not expecting Ranbir to instantly accept Ragini as Anamika...sad as it may be...but I prefer your version...where he's not shocked and dazed cuz of her color/appearance, but cuz it's RAGINI....his bhabhi's sister, the girl he's met many times and yet never seen in that light....It seems a tailor-made scenario for the creatives to drag things out while Shishir courts Ragini.....

thanks! I would also like for Ranveer to be shocked not because of her color but because it is Ragini! His bhabi's jeje, who he's known for long and has a formal in-law relationship already. This would not make Ranveer's character shallow either.

I could not agree more! ... I would despise Ranveer, term him "shallow" permanently, and think that anyone else who could appreciate Ragini for who she is would be better than him. But from the looks of it, how he keeps describing his Anamika has "hoor ki pari" you never know. Which is why I want Ranveer to be shocked and confused, but because he finds out that his Anamika is Ragini (his bhabhi's sister who he has a formal relation with) Not because of her complexion.

That would be less of a jhatka, and not too bad for Ranveer's character. But then to assume that Ranveer (or even Ragini for that matter) will come in terms with this reality very soon and accept things quickly would also be very naive. I mean, realistically speaking, there is a certain shock factor involved. Gotta give that much leeway to any one!
