3 years have passed by. Armaan is still waiting for the day when Riddhima will be back into his life. He is still waiting for the day when Riddhima will come to him and say that she still loves him as much as she did 3 years ago.

It's a new day today. Somehow Armaan felt that today he is going to get some news of Riddhima. He had been waiting for her since 3 years. Three long years he had waited for the girl he once hated. He waited for so long for the one girl whom he had hurted so much, whom he had insulted so much but he knew one thing that one day Riddhima will definitely forgive him and comeback to him. These three years have been three thousand years for Armaan. Each day he thought that today is the day when Riddhima will come back to him. These three years he only thought of how he will tell Riddhima that he loves her. Each day he use dream of the day when he would propose Riddhima.

Armaan is now a different man. He was no more the same flirt. After he realized that he loves Riddhima he had stopped flirting with the other girls around. He no more found those girls wearing short dress as cool infact he was missing the simplicity that Riddhima had. His heart just craved to be with her. Today was no different. Even today he was thinking of Riddhima when suddenly Rahul came and interrupted him.

Oye Armaan tu yahan baitha hai aur main tujhe poore college mein dhoond raha tha? Said Rahul happily.

Kyun? Asked Armaan.

Yaar tujhe ek good news deni thi? Said Rahul.

Kaisi good news? Asked Armaan ignorantly.

Riddhima wapas aa rahi hai. Said Rahul happily.

Accha! Said Armaan not paying much attention but suddenly he realized what Rahul had said and jumped in happiness and said

What! Tu sach keh raha hai?? Riddhima sach mein wapas aa rahi hai? Please Rahul mazak to nahi kar raha hai tu? Sach bata. Asked Armaan in one breathe.

Haan its true abhi abhi anjie ne Atul ko phone kakrke bataya ki Padma aunty ne Riddhima ko wapas aane ke liye mana liya hai.

Armaan hugs Rahul tightly and says

You don't know aaj main kitna khush hoon! Really Rahul aaj main bahut khush hoon. …Finally wo din aa hi Gaya jis din ka main itne saalon se intezaar kar raha tha im so happy Rahul.

And they both went to their classes.

In the evening all of them were at the Mallik residence.

Muskaan is teasing Armaan. And Atul too joins her.

Oye hoye zara is chirkut ki shakal to dekho! Dekho dekho kaise muskura raha hai

Armaan is all blushing and is very happy after he comes to know that finally Riddhima is coming back home.

Armaan finally asks Anjali that how did aunty managed to call Riddhima back. Anjali tells them that Padma begged to Riddhima to come back, in fact she threatened Riddhima so that she comes back.

What did she do? Asked Rahul.

She told her that she would commit suicide if she doesn't come back and that she would be responsible for her death.

Smart aunty! Exclaimed Muskaan.

Everyone agreed but Armaan somehow felt bad for Riddhima. She wanted her to come back but not like this but still he was happy that Riddhima is going to come back in his life again and this time he wont allow her to go anywhere. Today was the happiest day of his life.

Finally the day arrived. Today Riddhima is going to be back. They have all gathered to the airport for Riddhima. Finally Riddhima arrives. She is wearing a white churidaar kurta and has left her hair open. She is not wearing any spectacles instead she has started wearing lenses.

She is looking stunningly beautiful and everyone is pleasantly surprised to see her. Nobody had ever thought that Riddhima could be so beautiful. In fact when they all saw her Atul whispered to Armaan

You once called this girl an ugly creature and see today you are the one who is staring at her continuously with his mouth open. Chuckles Atul.

Armaan on hearing his comment quickly closes his mouth and starts to look the other way round.

Ab nazre mat chura hamein sab pata hai. Said Atul making fun of Armaan.

Armaan couldn't help but smile.

Riddhima came to them and hugged her parents. She hugged them for a long time. Armaan could make it out from her face that she was crying.

And then she came and hugged Dr keerti and Dr shubhanker.

And she went to Anjali and Muskaan and hugged them tightly. And then hugged Sapna. Rahul interrupted and said

Hey Riddhima sirf apni Behan aur doston se hi milogi aur humse nahi?

Oh c'mon Rahul! Aisi baatein kyun kar rahe ho? Tum sab mere dost ho.

Saying that she went to Atul and Rahul and hugged them. After breaking from the hug she turned to see Armaan. He was standing there with a stupid smile on his face that once Riddhima used to have. Riddhima saw him blankly. She didn't have any expressions on her face. In fact Armaan's presence didn't affect her at all.

Hey Armaan! Said Riddhima with a fake smile on her face.

Hi Riddhima…. Armaan was about to say something but till then Riddhima had turned to face her parents and friends. She didn't even wait for his reply.

Armaan was quite hurt by this behavior of hers but thought that she will forgive him with time. She will forget everything once he told her how much he loves her. He thought maybe she need some time right now to forgive him after all he has hurt her so much. With that Armaan smiled to himself and said "I'll make you fall in love with me again Riddhima and that's a promise". He smiled to himself and stared at her beautiful face. She was looking like an angel. But his smile disappeared as soon as he saw a man standing behind her with his arms stretched.

Hey rids Mujhe nahi milwaogi apne parent's aur friends' se? Said the man with a wide smile on his face.

Oh I'm so sorry Ronit! Actually main…

It's ok I can understand. Said Ronit and then turning towards Padma and shashank he touched their feets and said

Uncle aunts ye rids to mera introduction aap logo se karwayegi nahi so isiliye main khud hi kar leta hoon…. hello I'm Ronit.

Both of them blessed him and said

Nice to meet you beta. Riddhima tune bataya kyun nahi ki tu apne dost ko apne saath la rahi hai yahan.

Woh maa actually me main batane hi wali thi but…. Riddhima tried to explain.

Koi baat nahi beta. Waise Hume t khushi hi hai ki tere dost se milne ka mauka mila hume.

Waise maa ye Ronit hai. Mera best friend. Having said that she hugged him tightly. Armaan was shocked to see this. He was trying to figure out whether they were only friends or was it something beyond friendship. While he was thinking all this everyone walked passed him.

PRECAP: who is this Ronit and why has he come to India? What's the relationship between Ronit and Riddhima? Will he be a barrier in Armaan and Riddhima's love? Or will he help them to come closer? To know all this and more stay connected.

So guys this was Part 12 of my ff. I hope I didn't bore you much. I know this part wasn't that great but I promise the next part will be a spicy one.
