Why was HC replaced in mahabharat if he ...was to be killed in kis desh..

i m repeatedly asking this question !!! why??

ekta gave us the reason 'cuz she didnt want him to have leads in 2 serials....thats what they wrote in tellybuzz report which i believe !!! he was to be killed but seeing the popularity HC was replaced in mahabharat......'cuz he cudnt be in 2 serials...

so why is she then killing him in this serial i dnt get it still i find sumthing really fishy!! i dunno why all this dusnt gets digested

another question if heer was to be killed remeber all the natak ..that time mahabharta had prem so he had to be killed in kis desh at the end no premeer in kis desh..

ah me ish confused abt that too!

cuz i thought by making that other guy take harshu's place in khmk they were going to make prem be shown MORE in kis desh....but now with that whole prem dying thing, im even more confused than i always am 😆 i think its fishy too, maybe it is just a prank to make us wrry and get the trp's up 😲 oooh if it is that!! then grrr me will be wanting to hurt ekta 😆 rinkz

rinki ur just more confussed...i've already blown my fuse out thinkin bout tat. so i'm way beyond confusion..n griffy..no point askin question to the brainless ekta...after all she aint got a brian..😆😆😆.

n rinki...me already wanna kill ekta forget hurt.....who said the word hate shouldnt be used...heck i'll say it i hate ekta 10000 times...i feel like stranglin her to death 10000 times over n over again...put on repeat mode like how i put premeer scenes on 1000 time repeat..😆😆😆. did u guyz catch the so many '1000' i used...no point in tat...😆😆😆.

I think she is Jeleous. Remeber in Delhi Harshad said he he waiting for Ekta's compliment, so ekta might bw got mad or something.

That reason was believable and eventhough I got terribly disappointed that he wasn't playing my favorite character Arjun anymore...I kinda accepted it and since I also loove Prem, I thought may be this is even better...

I find it as really unfair for Harshad the actor...They have not only taken away Arjun from him, they are now taking away his Prem too...

Umm...na Heer was never to be killed...it was just a a TRP gimmick...Hopefully this is too...but everything is pointing towards the unimaginable and unwanted😭....

funnily enough, i was just in the middle of a huge discussion on "ekta kapoor's production house plans" this afternoon!

hc not playing arjun might have something to do with answers to:

1. was the end of that show "kahani ghar ghar ki" planned? or was it that star plus demanded that balaji telefilms take a poor-trp show out of a precious time slot so that they can run a newer and possibly better performing show? is balaji telefilms under pressure to come up with a new show in this slot, without too much advance notice?

because if it was all planned -- prem's exit from this show, and a new replacement show for kggk, then i can think of a reason why he was pulled out of mb.

2. is hc in a long-term contract with balaji telefilms? 'cause being pulled out of the mahabharat show, might just mean that they were not able to find someone charismatic enough for the new show. with hc in, they're guaranteed some large number of eyeballs, no? 😆 (even though it sounds like the mahabharat show might need it more!)

3. what my curious-about-hindi-tv-show gang wanted to know was whether there is going to be a new show with balaji telefilms. and whether this show of balaji is going to be on star plus at the old kggk time-slot. or because loyalties have shifted, it's going to be on another channel (sun-tv, 'cause of the new alliance between balaji-t and sun-tv) or 9x 'cause they were not happy enough with the performance of the mahabharat show..

so many questions, so few places to get real answers from. but does that stop us from wondering??? *shaking head sadly*

Estee I can answer your first question. I don't follow KDMHMD so avidly, but I do so with KGGK... KGGK gets good trps, top 10 most of the time... but the end was planned for a long time... Ekta said in an interview that she wanted to end KGGK in a good note, rather than stretch it till infinity...

So there's no pressure as such, plus BT have been given 2 weeks off after KGGK to debut the new show on STAR PLUS itself to come on KGGK's time slot... which will be a K show... where Harshad is supposedly playing the lead role in....

thanks, that's good to know - both that it was planned, and that it's a bt show to replace a bt show on *+.

on trps: i remember that kggk used to be a show in the #1 or #2 slot of the trp chart. but over the first half of 2008, that has not been the case? both ksbkbt and kggk have disappeared from their traditional spots.

so now i think that the reason for hc to have been replaced in mb is (likely) 'cause they really need a charismatic lead for the new show. and if that's the case, it fits that hc is considered for it -- probably 'cause bt thinks that they have enough other "stars" in the mahabharat show, where hc would be just one of the many. vs. in a new show, which is more like the kdmhmd setting where the focus is going to be on a smaller and tighter set of actors?

and boy, has hc shown that he can deliver in the second setting or what? 😆
