Hmmm.. I don't think anything is forgotten as such. The main track/focus of the story is, obviously Sumit Kumkum. All the points you've mentioned above are side-tracks which will come and go. In any case, daily soaps always have these kinda sub-tracks merging into the main track as and when the story demands it (or sometimes as fill-ins).
Mini's mama-mami & Sunehri are probably not in focus right now, coz the entire scenario is in & around Kumkum's house. I would think Mini's domestic problems would stick out like a sore thumb in the current on-goings. I'd rather they come into focus when Sumit Kumkum are together and can teach mama-mami & Sunehri a lesson or two!!
Gaurav is away..for them to concentrate on Mini's condition and how his relatives ill-treat her. Had Gaurav been around, obviously, so much would never have happened with Mini. As far as her pregnancy is concerned..yup, seems like the creatives have forgotten that little fact.. But I'm sure they will bring it back soon enough..and maybe have Gaurav back at the same time as well.
Ratan is sadofying in jail.. Again, since Ratan is not the main lead..I don't think a trial or so is even necessary. He's bad..means he's bad..and deserves to be in jail. Had it been Sumit or Kumkum accused of a murder or such..then we'd definitely see a court case happening..like we've seen in the past.
Ramola too has not forgotten anything.. Her focus has shifted from Omi to Kumkum..only coz she knows that Sumit Kumkum together are responsible for the state Ratan is in. Moreover, she sees Kumkum as a threat to her reigning in the Raichand house..so it makes complete sense that she wants Kumkum out of her way.
