What's so bad about Lonavla?

Ok guys, I seriously don't get this one thing. Most of the times, when Shashank gives ALL the interns a punishment, he sends them to Lonavla and then on the screen it shows all the interns faces in shock/disappointment. But what's SOO bad about going to Lonavla? Is it because they don't get their salary for a month or is it some other reason??

Guys please reply! This Q has really been confusing me!!

I guess the actual punishment is that they dont get their money for the month

I dont know how the week in Lonavala is a punishment.....I wanted to dance and party when he gave such a punishment LOL I mean Lonavala is something I waiiit for 😳 😃

yaa d punishment was no salary for a month. n lonavala was coz he want 2 leave all couples romancing in lonavala as he know AR favourite romance spot is Lonavala. hahahahahahahahahahhahaahha

Apart from no Salary Punishment could be he (shashank) will get so many scenes where he can catch interns doing some mischief and use that as an excuse to give even more punishment 😆
