They formed such an integral part of the serial and the storyline. How could the creatives think that retaining just Michi would cut it? Well, for the most part it may. After all, Michi are the ones that probably bring in the trp's. But the whole show has been ruined now. The Shah & Shergill family provided a base as well as support to the entire plot. If they had focused on these characters, who incidentally were essayed by some really good actors, Kayamath would not have met with a fate that it has today.
Its kinda hard to digest a girl who loved her mother, sister, brother and extended family so much now lives a life without them and with not even so much as a mention of their whererabouts. I mean we've seen her miss milind, shouldnt she be missing her family as well? And, seriously, are we gonna constantly keep begging and groveling with the creative heads, pleading and requesting tv channels and balaji on what we want to see in the show?
one piece of advice to the KYM creative team - If it aint broke, dont fix it! but i guess with Kayamath, that's too late now.
