Guys I really don't know that Naman and Megha are a couple.
Never seen any articles about them

I am assuming they are.
According to the Telly Buzz article, they are participating in Nach Baliye Season 4 which is a couples dance competition.
Earlier on, rumors were doing the rounds concerning their relationship but neither confirmed nor denied the speculations.
