Love smitten Saif joins Kareena on b`day

Mumbai, Sept 21: It's party time for Kareena Kapoor, as the stunning beauty of B-town celebrates her 28th birthday on Sunday. And guess what? Beau Saifu is reported to have planned a real surprise for his ladylove as he is all set to fly down to Ladakh, where Bebo is currently shooting for Raju Hirani's '3 Idiots' with none other than Aamir Khan.

It was previously reported that the crazy-in-love beau Saif won't be able to join Kareena for her birthday celebration, but now it has become official that he is going to be very much there with the lady and has planned a huge surprise too!

Saif, who has been busy shooting continuously for his home production in Delhi, Rajasthan and Patiala for all these months, has been on a whirlwind tour all over India for his film. His presence has come as a very pleasant surprise to Bebo, who was quite convinced with sweetheart Saifu's absence on her special day event.

"I am sure there's something in store for me that Saif has planned over the days," Kareena told reporters. But Kareena otherwise has been so busy that she has had no time for personal life. "I am going to miss my mother, sister and niece on my birthday. But they understand that if I am away from them it is because of work. I am glad to have people who understand me in my personal life," she added.
