My experience meeting Husein Tina 😳😳
Uhh.. where do I start?! Its such an indescribable feeling.. Its kinda long though so please bear with me. Anyways..
Tina invited me to watch Yeh Hai Jalwa shoot, long before the grand finale episode actually..but something or the other would come up and we just couldn't make it Finally, she called me the day of the finale shoot, around noon, and asked me if I wanna go (ab yeh koi poochne ki baat hai?!😲😲) Obviously I jumped off my sofa 😆😆 (how could I miss the chance!😳). The shoot was scheduled for mid-afternoon, and since the finalists' performances were supposed to be shot first, she asked me to get ready and meet her someplace, from where we could go to the shoot together 😳 I (like a mad woman!🤪) started running helter skelter coz my hair was in a mess!😭 I somehow managed with my hair ☺️ but got slightly late and so finally, we both ended up at the shoot seperately. (I was a nervous wreck while driving to the shoot..hoping ki traffic na ho!😕)
I reached the studio just around 10 mins after Tina did.. When I reached the set, Ronit's performance was being shot..so, like many others, I had to wait at the gate/door 🤔 Tina was already inside the set, seated, watching the performance. Coz it was so crowded at the door (all gathered to watch Ronit perform), I slowly kept pushing myself behind a huge thingie 😆 (which later I realised was Husein's prop for his performance - the Ganpati cut-out!😳) After Ronit's performance and comments, there was a break..to get the stage ready for Rakhi's performance. Just then I heard a very familiar voice 😲 and ofcourse, it was Husein! 😃😍 He was standing amongst the crowd watching Ronit perform..and I didn't realise!!! 😲😲 (I heard telling myself - aur ghuso cheezoon ke peeche!😡)
He was kinda leaving (going backstage, I think) and I called out to him..pulled my hand out and introduced myself 😃 "Hi Husein.. Its Ekta.. All the Best for your performance" 😳😳 And Husein, smiling & so warm..said, "Thank You so much".. and after a second, "Ohh Ektaaa!" 😳 (and I was on seventh heaven!! 😍) He recognized meee!! Well, he knew I was coming..soo 😳😳 Anyways, he then asked one of the production unit member to guide me to where Tina & he were sitting 😳 On the other side, Tina was calling me to go in.. The girl escorted me inside the set, and then told another guy that I'm Husein Tina's guest (so sweet!😳) Obviously, Tina was there..I met her..spoke to her..and she was choo chooo choooo chweet!! 🤗🤗 Since the sofa she was seated on was meant for the finalists..she asked me if I don't mind sitting a row behind them (ofcourse I didn't mind!😛) So I ended up sitting on the same row as Husein's team 😳 Sitting beside me was Saurabh Pandey from Jiya Jale (he looked cute!😊) Husein then came there, sat beside Tina & Ronit Roy to watch Rakhi's performance! 😊 Just when he sat, Tina told him that I was there 😳 and he told her that we'd met outside at the gate! 😳😳 Tina turned around and asked me if I was happy to meet him! ☺️ (Like YESSSSSS!! ☺️ I just couldn't stop smiling!😃😃) Husein was amongst the loudest people there cheering for Rakhi's team! 👏
Rakhi's performance over.. time for Husein & Kal Ke Kalakaar! 😳 Before going on stage, Husein hugged Tina tight (looong hug!🤗🤗).. everyone sitting around them (including me!) wished him good luck for his performance! 👍🏼👍🏼
And what a performance it was!! 👏 Actually.. performance is not just the word - it was an EXPERIENCE! 👏👏 I don't think there was anyone in the audience who was not spellbound at Husein & his team's performance! It was just OUT OF THIS WORLD! 👏👏 Truly, a magnificent performance..nothing short of a MASTERPIECE! 👍🏼 You may think I'm exaggerating..but trust me, watching Husein perform LIVE, and especially the finale performance, was all that..and much much more! I was stunned 😲😲 speechless, and yet get goosebumps thinking about how I'd felt at that moment! 😲😲😲
After their final performance.. all the finalists went to change for their last finale act! And in the interim, Prachi Desai & Shweta Tiwari's performances were shot.. 😊
When Husein Tina returned to the set, they immediately began shooting for the finale act... Tina & I were then sitting together, watching Husein and the rest perform, talking all along 😳 She kept having people come over to her, complimenting her for Husein's performance..etc..etc 😃 At that point.. Husein Tina were in a hurry..and so was I 😳 All 3 of us had to rush to the airport! 😆 Husein Tina were leaving for the USA that night..and I had to go receive my mom 😳
Anyways..takes & retakes later..the shot was finalized. In between the takes, it was fabulous to see Husein and his interaction with everyone.. the masti that was going on with Rakhi & her 'chillar party' 😆😳 In between shots..the production team, knowing Husein was in a hurry and nervous..kept teasing him that his flight has either left 😆 or they've stalled it for a while! 😆 As soon as Husein's part was over..all 3 of us..left the set together 😳 Husein had to change, so Tina asked him to rush to the van.. Husein began running down the stairs 😳 Just then Tina told him, "atleast say bye to Ekta..she's come for you!" ☺️☺️ Such a sweetheart he is..he ran back up, and told me, "thanks for coming..hope you had a great time..and sorry we're leaving in such a rush!' 😳 And all I could say was, "no no no..go go go!" 😆☺️☺️ I wished him luck for winning Yeh Hai Jalwa.. Tina & I stood outside, talking for a few more minutes.. and then I left! 😳😳
Husein Tina are absolute SWEETHEARTS! 🤗🤗 God Bless them 😳 Tina is a DOLL (I call her that!😳)..so elegant and charming 😳 Both are very very down-to-earth and warm people 😳😳 Just being around them..watching them..is an amazing feeling! 😳😳 Hope they're always sooooo happy.. Touchwood! 😳😳
Okay guys.. this was my experience meeting Husein Tina 😳 Not too long a meeting, but whatever time it was.. it was unbelievably amazing!! 😍😍 They're moments I will cherish forever! 😳 A HUGE THANKS to Tina for inviting me to watch Yeh Hai Jalwa..and making me feel so so SPECIAL! 🤗
