The banner size should be 925x90 (in pixels)
Members are not allowed to make multiple accounts to vote or make banners extra. Doing such will lead to disqualification. Each member can submit maximum of 5 banners. If you are found advertising your banner entry through PMs, signatures or any other form, it will lead to disqualification.
The banners cannot be animated, only non-animated banners will be considered for final voting.
Please do not post banners on the forum itself as it will not be considered for final voting Please do not write your copyrights on the banners itself. On the banner 'Paranormal' should be written in text. How to make a Banner?

How to Attach the Banner in the PM?
a) Upload the banner using these sites or any other sites of your choice : www.imageshack.us or www.tinypic.com
b) Click on the button located in upper-right hand corner - -
An Insert Image Box will pop up. Paste the link of the image where it says: IMAGE URL and click OK. The picture will then be pasted on your message.
