i mean, imagine if prem'd come to india and there was no accident that killed heer's mom-dad. they'd have just gotten married. no dirtchachi evil. but also! no accidental meetings in shiv temples. no "tumhare ankhon mein itna dard kyun hai?" no fighting the world to become one. no wet-white-shirt-in-blue-light moves. no accidentally walking out half-naked and spreading soap suds all over....

the burqa is my last and only recourse. on prem. i just happen to have one 'cause it's my protection against prem -- to throw on top of him if he should ever come by. it's like keeping garlic to protect myself against vitchface veera. burqa. garlic. what next, i wonder... 🤣

it is in my job-description (as first member of the "i-hate-prem" club) to figure out how to reduce the prem effect. after thinking for the last ... um ... three months! and having so many demonstrations of how the damned guy shows off being drool-worthy in a prem-pink shirt and a little-too-tight purple kurta, i was driven to the burqa -- out of sheer desparation!

and the greatest sadness is -- i'm terrified even that won't work.... *deeeep sigh*

Awwww...i know the feeling. i mean off late he's been really getting away from the white *sigh*...blue *double sigh* shirts and going for hideous salmon colored shirts (sorry...that was so not a good color) to tomato red sherwani...anyone else, i'd have turned of the tv. did i do that for prem? no. i just sat there looking at his eyes, his face, his hands, anything but his clothes. so, the burqa theory is shot to pieces....there will be a drool fest even if the hands and eyes are visible....and you are talking about leathal weapons, those hands and eyes.
prem needs to be bound, gagged and locked up!
