Viktor Krum played a great role in GoF....he was mentioned a tad bit in OotP but he won't be a part of Hermione's life. I guess we all know that.

That is cos she belongs to Ron and Ron only! 😉

Krum and Hermione just went to the Yule Ball together although it is known that he likes her. They exchanged letters in OotP but that is the last time we heard of him.
