Sonal Chauhan may be barely 1-movie old, but the 'Jannat' girl is definitely portraying her meticulous faade to the Bollywood fraternity; the actress is being highly selective about her movie projects and turned down the offer of her mentors 'The Bhatts'.
Insiders from the Bhatt camp revealed that Sonal was offered 'Jashan' by the Bhatts, and the actress even loved the movie script and agreed to hop on board initially, but she changed her mind after learning about her co-star. The leading man of 'Jashan' is the newcomer Aadhyayan, who made a 'dud' debut in 'Haal-E-Dil', so it was no surprise that Sonal was not impressed with her selected co-star for 'Jashan'.
Sonal excused herself from the project and attributed it to her hectic 'date issue'; the fact however, remainds that Sonal has not signed a single movie after 'Jannat'.
Bhatts were so amazed with Sonal's behavior that they decided to go ahead and opt for Prachi Desai instead by signing her as the leading lady for the movie. 'Jashan' is all about not forgetting your roots and we are surprised that Sonal did forget that it was the Bhatts, who made her a star in Bollywood.
Sonal's loss is Prachi's gain.
