How do you fake a sneeze so well ?

Hey Guys,

I was surprised to see how did KSG fake a sneeze so well in the yesterday's episode (which is not the first time he has done so). Afterall he was suppose to be just acting.

Do they give sneezeing power or smth or add the sound in editing ?
