Recap : The Ranawats arrive at Morpur ; Dadaji slaps Saksham for insulting Sumer .
Today :
The Ranawats finally reach their ancestral haveli .Its huge and imposing and a number of Rajasthani people , the haveli's staff and servants , are waiting to welcome them.Rana meanwhile , is watching the cars drive up to the entrance through his binoculars.
When the cars arrive , he lowers his binos and comes down.
All the family members (with the exception of the Big Three - Dadaji , Vanraj and Sulochana ; and Aastha - because she's still suspicious of the haveli ) look delighted with the beauty of the place,
and the servants welcome Dadaji and the rest with tilaks.
Saksham notices a rather pretty villager and tells Mahen , so that Anu can hear him " Mahen , this haveli is not just beautiful , its inhabitants too are..."
Anu notices him staring at the girl and says 'So cheap .....Dadaji se to tumne thappar kha liya hai Saksham , now it seems you'll have to get one from me too"
Mahen records this on his vidcam and says to Anu "Anushka bhabhisaa , Saksham bhaiya ke kadam to haveli mein aate hi phisal gaye!"
Saksham says "No! I was just joking!"🤣
Rana comes down and touches Dadaji's , Vanraj's and Sulochana's feet and greets them.Everyone else is surprised to see this guy , dressed in complete royal finery , and Aastha stares at him like anything.
Vanraj introduces him to his sons saying that he is Vijender (a tribute to the BRONZE medallist boxer ? ) and he is their chachera bhai ( meaning cousin ) .Shubh , Saksham and the rest nod smilingly at him and he acknowledges the introduction stiffly.
Rana then stares at Aastha and she stares back at him ; Shubh notices Rana staring at his wife and then sees Aastha staring back at him .
Shubh says "Aastha ? Whats the matter , you're simply staring at him!" (He says this smilingly so he isnt jealous or anything - Shubh's a faithful kind of husband)
Aastha then starts smiling and Shubh says " Are , ab muskuraane lagi " and then Aastha says that Vijender is her college classmate.
Everyone is pleasantly surprised to know this and Anushka thinks 'Aastha ka ek aur puraana aashiq ! Na jaane iske saath kya kya gul khilaaye honge "
Rana says that Aastha is correct and then leads everyone inside.
Everyone is impressed by the interiors and Saksham just to spite Anu says ' I wish I had come here earlier , then maybe.....'
Anu says 'Then what Saksham?'
Saksham says 'Kuch nahi , kuch nahi ' 🤣
Rana turns around and stares at Shubh-Aastha .Aastha is looking lovingly at Shubh who is looking at the interiors with wonder.
Sumer notices this and his hand goes to his knife's handle (dont you dare touch Shubh).
Rana then nods to Sumer who in turn nods to another woman.They leave.
The Big Three and Sonu also leave and Aastha is left behind in the main hall , and she suspiciously stares around her.
Rana tells Dadaji that all the arrangements for the puja have been made but he asks why this has to be performed because its a dangerous puja.Sulochana tells him its for Sonu and when he asks who'll perform this , she says 'Aastha'.Rana is shocked.
At night ,
Shubh and Aastha are in their bedroom , which is situated in a complex away from the main haveli , because no one can enter it after 12 in the night.
Shubh tells Aastha , in halting Rajasthani , that Rajasthan's air seems to have done something for you , you've blossomed and become golden. ( *sigh of contentment * finally a semblance of an SA moment)
Shubh tells Aastha that he's felt incredible peace and satisfaction after coming here (true , he's looked happier in the last few epis) and says that he has a thought : why dont they stay back here ? Shubh says "Sonu aur hum aur humaara bachcha , jo kuch hi saalo mein to aa hi jaayega " 😍
Aastha says to him 'Sure , but your not helping anyone with this plan of yours to stay up all night talking "
Shubh pretends that he's angry and says ' actually , I've no value for you ' and then he turns around and winks at Aastha , and says 'Good night'.
Shubh falls asleep but Aastha is unable to , as she's worried about what'll happen tomorrow during the puja.
She stands near the window and thinks that the haveli looks so beautiful in the moonlight , God knows why its 12 o clock raaz is so sinister.....then she's shocked to see some one entering the haveli .
Aastha comes out and is about to enter the haveli , when Sumer stops her and reminds her that no one should enter it after 12 in the night. Aastha tries to explain but then he says that protecting the family is his life ( he's definitely watched Eklavya) and he ca give up his life.
Shubh comes there and asks Aastha what she's doing there .
Sumer tells him that chhoti bahurani wants to enter the haveli after 12 in the night .
Shubh retorts "So whats wrong with that ? Not only Aastha , I too want to know whats the reason why we cant enter it after 12 in the night...." Shubh takes Aastha's hand and is about to enter when Sumer pulls out his knife and stops them .Sumer says that they can enter , but only after they've killed him , for protecting the family is his dharm .
Shubh and Aastha leave and Sumer smiles that his knife has done the trick ;
Shubh is quite angry and says that Saksham bhaiya was quite right to speak to him like that ; Dadaji and Vanraj have lifted this Sumer to enormous heights .
Aastha pacifies him saying that he's just doing his duty .
Shubh then asks Aastha what she was doing , and Aastha hesitates before telling him, thinking that she'll have to reveal the nature of the puja if she tells him that she saw someone entering the haveli (Why ? How are both the incidents related?)
She tells him that she thought the haveli looked lovely by moonlight and she wanted to see it from the inside and so she went out .Shubh believes her but Aastha is uneasy that she's lied to Shubh .
Just then , Shubh and Aastha turn to see a man in the haveli , he is walking back and forth in one of the lighted rooms and his shadow is falling on the curtain.
Both of them are shocked .
Preview for next week :
Shubh and Aastha go horse riding and Shubh is enjoying himself. Aastha suddenly loses control of her horse and it starts to gallop and Aastha screams for Shubh to save her .
Shubh's horse is unable to keep up with Aastha's out-of-control horse (stupid girl , she's riding the horse in a sari ) .
Rana , who is bare-bodied (displays his abs too much , this one ) and who was scrubbing one of his horses notices them .
Ooooooooh , I like seeing Rana jealous of Shubh......its pretty obvious that he has a crush on Aastha....
