well they didnt show prachi after the accident. yes she is very much pregnant. and i hope nothing is gonna happen to Michi baby.

No she didnt lose the baby as she is going to be a 'glam mom' according to SBS. Though they have not shown Prachi and her baby's fate yet, its pretty much certain that the baby is alive.
