Show starts with Uttara says that she will ensure that Samaan throws Kakul out. Kakul walks in with a glass of milk and asks Mummyji please have milk if you dont want to have food. Uttara starts shouting at Kakul saying that she pretends to be nice and caring and that she is a good actor.
Kakul replies back saying that instead Uttara is the one who is acting. She got Kakul into the house only to ensure Devika gets married and lied all through only to get what she wants.
Kakul says that she will walk out of Samaan's life if that will give happiness to Uttara. But Uttara says that she will not be happy if Kakul walks out like this. It will not give her happiness. Uttara says that she will be happy when Samaan throws Kakul out of his life and insults her and her family.
Kakul takes that as a challenge and says that she will ensure that this doesnt happen, how much ever Uttara tries.
Kakul comes to Samaan and they talk about Uttara being angry with Kakul and how her temper is temporary. Kakul asks Samaan to relax and says that she will manage it all, so he shouldnt worry.
Sujit comes to Amarnath's house and says that he understands what they must be feeling. He says that Om shankar never belived in all this but after Trisha died, he has becomes superstitious. He asks if he can speak with Devika. Just then Kakul comes there and Uttara asks kakul to take Sujit to meet Devika.
Sujit goes to Devika and asks her why did she try and commit suicide and Why is marriage so important to her that her life has stopped there for so long. He tells her that all this has been done so that she doesnt have to live like a widow and that she is happy.
Devika starts crying and Uttara comes there. She tries to console Devika and says I can understand what you must be going through. Sujit gets up and before leaving says that neither you nor I have understood life but I have tried to understand you; if you can, try and understand my point of view.
Neha and Sharad are talking about Devika and Neha is feeling bad about what Devika must be going through. Sharad tells her that Devika tried to commit suicide and Neha gets anxious about her. They discuss how Uttara is blaming it all on kakul and how Uttara is always looking for reasons to blame others for her problems.
Sharad says how do we get married after all this. Just then Ahaan walks in and says why do people pplace so much importance to kundlis in this modern world. If you have to match, match blood groups, HIV, likes dislikes etc. Even Sita ji had choice, so why not in this world? Neha and Sharad look at each other
Uttara gets some milk for Devika, who is sleeping. She tries to wake Devika up, but Devika doesnt respond. uttara sees that Devika has had an overdose of sleeping pills. She shouts for help.
