guys with ur replys I have tried the upload image option but even if I enter a picture with type jpg it shows a error msg I cannot understand why?????????????pls help or suggest some other way

may be ur pic size is too bug pic size shudnt be more den 150kb or so

Well, in that "Upload Image" button, click on "browse" and then choose the file you want to upload.

PS: Your file name should have a valid file extension.
Your Image should not be more than 150KB.!
