Episode No 307 Monday 18/8/08

Sezhi and Geetha - the sly looking Sezhi talks about the problem
of his "friend" and waits for Geetha's valued opinion. Geetha
sounds pretty blunt ( well, Roja thought that this girl is only good
for some RKO - no she comes across as a a very down to earth
person) Tells Sezhi to go ahead and marry the rich girl. The sly
Sezhi feigns surprise but Geetha is point blank -" I know that it is
all about you. Why do u want to hide behind a friend? You talked
about a job abroad but your family has no clue. You did lay the
ground and now you are out with the truth and so go ahead and
marry that rich girl." Sezhi is shocked to get exposed and tries to
make up - "if u doubt me like this...... I have never behaved badly...
did not ..." Geetha is blatant again " u corrupted my mind with all
this love talk and u gloat about not touching my body??? Well, I am
really ashamed to have fallen in love with a selfish coward like u"
Storms out ..Sezhi stands there ...with the same sly look "habbbaa,
ivalai ivvalavu seekiram kazhatti vida mudinjuthe" - Uh huh .....
atta girl, Geetha...way to go...Roja applauds..prefers sane , practical
people.....

Athai with Kavitha in the temple. Kavitha informs athai that she is in
love with Sezhi. Athai puts on act no N - "Padikka vanthiyaa?? illatta
unakku mappilai parkka vnthiya??? Your parents have immense faith
in me and I can ot fail them!!!" Kavi pleads ....athai does some more
dilly dallying -" see , Sezhi was rich but now he is poor. He is a nice boy
alright and u may have fallen in love with him because he is a relative!!
If our family was rich like before, I would have supported this myself
but now people will talk that Sezhi has enticed you...... I have to inform
your parents..." Kavi begs athai ..not to let the cat out of the bag " I told
you only because I think of you as my mom. Even if u do not help me it
is ok but do not tell my parents. I will take care of my family..." Athai
"condescends"

Geetha comes home - Kanakku is talking to Lakshmi - talks about
how he dotes on his daughter -"amma illatha ponnu ...... she is every
thing for me...." Geetha hears all this and comes in. Kanakku complains
that Geetha goes out very often and does not listen to him. Geetha
apologizes to dad -"I will not do any thing that upsets you . Pls. go ahead
and look for an alliance." Kanakku is elated to hear this. Leaves
Lachu alone with Geetha and goes out some where. Lachu walks
back home and looks thoughtful. Dhadi is at home. Wants to know
why Lachu looks so preoccupied. Lachu says that she saw Sezhi and
Geetha in a very compromising pose but now Geetha has agreed
to marry a guy of her dad's choice. Lachu wants to find the root cause
and is all set to investigate -" I will go to Megs' place and unearth this
secret" -today is Roja's lucky day - she comes across another sane
person - Dhadi gives a very sensible advice " Lachu, it is none of your
business. We are just would be sambhandhis of that house. Do not forget
Sakthi's words. Please do not poke your nose in to their family affairs"
Well, for now Lachu keeps quiet but be rest assured folks - she will
definitely get in to this issue....very soon....😳😳

Tilaga's household - general talk - Tilaga laments about Sakthi's behaviour.
tells paatti that the society will talk about the lack of upbringing....
Paatti says that the society is just interested in gossip.... talk turns to
Sezhi - Kirtana makes fun that Sezhi will change once he gets married...
Tilaga gloats about her son -" he is all gold. he knows all the problems
of our family... he will do the right things and resurrect our family status"
Paatti does jalra..." Sezhi is the best.... nalla payyan" Sezhi is all confused...
sly.... uh huh

Episode No 308 Tuesday 19/8/08

Danda and Viji - Danda asks Viji to draft a letter to the bank
asking for a loan. Danda asks Pechi to give 5,000 Rs to Viji -
Pechi wants expense account but Danda refuses to oblige.
As Viji is writing, Angu comes and peeps. Danda hides the
letter but Angu probes -"why do u hide this when I come?"
Danda refuses to part with any info. Angu catches Pechi
and gets the info about the cell phone shop. She frets and
runs to Loosumani. Tells her that Danda is starting a cell phone
shop for moron and Viji will hold the reins. Frets more saying
that Viji is all out to drain Danda of his wealth. Loosumani is
cool - " I know that Viji and Co are around only for money.
I do know that Vellai's son went mad because of Viji... ok let
this happen" Now Angu doubts Loosumani -" enna ?? u want
Bhoo to run around mad?" ( awwww, when u are selfish to
sacrifice some one else's daughter to resurrect your son,
what is wrong if she takes revenge??? Loosu, make Bhoo
run around the streets, ok?) Loosu says that she hopes that
moron will wake up before that stage happens. Angu is now
more worried about Danda - imagines what will Danda be when
he loses money - Danda is on the streets with a "thagara dabbas
malai" and asking some one on the phone for finance - 15 rs
for a hotel visit - Angu shudders.... worried about hubby.

Second part is all about Diwa and Sakthi - Diwa brings food for
sakthi and while she is eating does a castor oil act - " I am all
the while thinking about my parents...errr..... if we go and apologize.....
my mom will forgive..... we can have a good relationship...... errr"
Sakthi jumps as usual - not ready to make up... the couple are unhappy
( Roja is fed up - why can't people just be frank and talk things out???
Diwa is a combination of castor oil, vendai kai, banana , kuzhappam...
uh huh)

Sezhi meets athai. Talks about how Tilaga called him a "golden
boy" and feels bad for his act of falling in love. Athai says that
his accepting Kavi's love is not a bad act - " Kavi is a relative
and a known girl, u are perfectly alright in this" - goes on to
ask about kazhatti vittufying Geetha. Sezhi says that instead
of his "washing hands" act, Geetha threw him out -" I thought
that she would cry and beg..was worried about pacifying!!!
But she just threw me out!!!" Athai says that a girl who cries
and begs is easier to deal -"intha mathiri ponnu thaan danger.
She has some dangerous plan in mind" - finds out from sezhi
that he has pawned Geetha's chain. Chides him for being so
cheap -" yen thambi Kalai pillai.... ipdi velaikkaran ponnu kitte
chain vaangaratha?" Gives the money to redeem the chain.
Tells Sezhi that if Geetha wants any money he better give her
and settle the issue once for all. Sezhi leaves.... athai is
thoughtful.

Roja is really fed up - what a waste of time??? Vikramathithan
sir, just do 2 more episodes like this .... sponsor ellam

First segment - fish market buys fish - awww Danda clan ppa
- it is all about which fish can be varuthufied and which can
be porichified - hmm recipe aavathu kuduthaangalaa??
athuvum illai - Angu buys fish...Tams buys for competition...

Second and third segment - sly Sezhi and smart Geetha.
Sezhi gives the chain back ..talks about trust in love ...uh huh
kai kazhuvifies once for all.... wants to know if Geetha wants
money.... Geetha gets a phone from daddy ... as she talks
Sezhi coughs... daddy is concerned....bingo...Geetha tells dad
that Sezhi ANNA has come - Sezhi anna becomes Muzhi anna
- Kalai family trade mark athaane - ekka chakka muzhis!!! -
Geetha drio drios him saying that she will reach all that is
given by him.... Muzhi leaves..... Geetha cries??? ethukku??
ippo u have to laugh - Intha mathiri oru time server kitte
irunthu thappichiye!!!

Episode No 310 Thursday 21/9/08

Diwa and Sakthi - Sakthi is asleep. Diwa gets up and
organizes some coffee - as he is ready with a coffee for
himself, Sakthi gets up, snatches the coffee and drinks.
Diwa is surprised that Sakthi could sleep so peacefully -
" with this fight with my mom..... I could not sleep at all!!"
Sakthi talks as if she is practicality personified - "there is
problem every where - bomb blasts happen all over ... all
the people in those places do sleep... if u think of all your
problems and lose sleep , the problem is with you..."once
again leaves a speechless Diwa (this girl justifies that she
has athai's genes - can twist any situation in her favor!!!
An admirable trait of course...but it is just this girl is so
immature and can not get her priorities right!!!)
Diwas mopes, so whats new???

Fish washing... Tams and Viji - Danda supervises the procedure.
Moron comes and asks Viji to go along with him -" we have to
meet that marketing manager!!" Viji tries to wash her hands off
the fish but Tams vetoes any scooting -"appa is waiting to eat
meen kozhambu made by Viji , u can either have your appointment
for the afternoon or take me for the meeting" Moron dreads
the very idea, decides to go by himself...Viji is back to washing
fish. Danda smells Angu's fish kozhambu dances around the
house but can not do an"amma thayee" to Angu. Angu pities
hubby darling ....loosumani consoles....

Sezhi and Kavitha - Kavitha is busy studying - at last she does that
as well - Sezhi and Kavi exchange love looks - "annalum nokkinaan,
avalum nokkinaal " kind - ithai athaiyum nokkinaal😉
plans to give some privacy to the love birds - goes out to buy
veggies - as the love birds try to flirt....Kavi's parents land there..
Sezhi frets..... gets scared... scoots the arena making some lame
excuses... Kavi's dad smells that some thing is fishy.

Sezhi meets athai on the road. Athai needs to know the reason
for the sudden exit - Sezhi says that Kavi's parents have come and
he did not feel comfortable being there. Athai chides him for his
cowardly act -"why did u not stay? could have had a normal
conversation?? Only now they will suspect your behaviour" -
advises Sezhi about being strong and asks about Geetha -
Sezhi says that Geetha called him Sezhi anna - athai is happy.
Sezhi further says that Geetha promised to return all his gifts
as well. Sezhi leaves..athai looks at his back "enna kashtam da
ithu?? ivanai thiruthi Kavi panam ellam epdi yen kaikku kondu varathu???
yen thambi Kalai perai thooki nirutharathu??? sariyana kuthirai mele
panam katti yirukkena???"

Episode No 311 Friday 22/8/08

MMhum onnum theralai - semai bore Mr.V - sangu thaan POnga.

First part - athai comes back , sees Kavi's parents -
ubaya kusalopari "nee sowkiyamaa?? ma sowkiyam"
stuff. then Kavi's dad says that Sezhi was here when they
came and they seem to disapprove that visit. Athai acts as
if she does not know Sezhi's visit. Kavi's parents almost
directly tell athai that Sezhi is persona non grata!! Athai blinks.

Diwa visits his parents - mommy turns her face and goes away.
Diwa sulks about buying new things for the house - dad goes
through the list and says that almost are available. he also
imparts the news of land buying for sonny boy.

Lachu visits Megs - usual cootchi cooing. Sezhi comes there -
Lachu wants to discuss Sezhi-Geetha affair but does not get
the needed seclusion - leaves.

Viji's fish kozhambu is a fiasco - Danda clan is unhappy.
Angu and loosumani enjoy their plight.

Episode No 312 Monday 25/8/08

Mr.V, Roja has given you enough warnings - u present episodes
like this, u will be pushed to the morning serial slot !!! beware!!!

The first segment is about Danda clan visiting the toilet - fish
cooked by Viji .... damaged all tummies...finally Loosumani
gets the doctor ...everyone gets a jab..Danda's money is spent
like water - uh huh

The second one is about Diwa and Sakthi - Diwa brings the things
from his maternal home - Sakthi picks up a quarrel and shouts at
him - demeans FIL...Diwa is angry...and says that if Sakthi is too
keen about new stuff, she might as well get it from her mom's
place.Sakthi calls Diwa labels Diwa -"usual panam pidingi SIL "
and storms out - goes to her mom's place to ask for money
(seriously,this girl has her brain at the back of her neck!!!
She shouts at Diwa with out a reason and even after he patiently
explains about his dad buying land for them.....she demeans FIL -
the one person who tolerated her half baked attitude and showed
unflinching support!!! Tilaga, u are a failure as a mother- loosumani,
half baked Sakthi...sly Sezhi... uh huh)

The third part - Sakthi goes home and asks for money - says that
Diwa is also a gold digger - asked for seer from wife's people -
Tilaga refuses to believe that Diwa is capable of all this nonsense -
:Mappillai romba nallavar, iva enna pesinaa?? athai kelu muthalle"
Now comes the best part - Sakthi talking about murai - "ponnai
kalyanam panni kuduthaa, nagai nattu, seer senathi ellam kuduthu
thaane aaganum??? athaane murai??" - Baby , this time you put your
foot in your mouth - the whole foot - u talk about murai??wait for the
choicest comments from mommy😳

Episode 313 Tuesday 26/8/08

Roja is getting really fed up with this folks - to see such
unreasonable, unreal and far far away from truth episodes!!!

Well , Tilaga makes sure that Sakthi did not not marry according
to "murai" - as expected by Roja - Tilaga jumps and Sakthi jumps
back - one thing is for sure, Sakthi has both Tilaga's and athai's
genes - all the unwanted ones uh huh - anyways Megs plays pigeon
of peace and advises Sakthi to control her anger -"previously u and
Diwa had problems because of the elders. Now U both are alone,
why again??" Sakthi leaves.

Goes back to Diwa - he shouts at her - looks for the lorry load
of seer and senathi - Sakthi feels bad and asks "kuthi kattariya?"
Diwa says that he does not want any thing form her parents and
that he just wants her to know how she hurts others by her
tongue -"i feel the same pain when u demean my parents" -
anyways, this girl is not the type to understand reasoning!!!

Sakthi has flash backs of her courting days - recalls Diwa saying
that he can bring the sky down if she is with him - asks Diwa if
all that love has flown out of the window?? the vilakkennai gets conned
once again and gives a look of pity (oh come on folks, when will
u learn to look at the stark realities of life??!!! Sakthi , u better buy
some common sense and Diwa u better learn to stand steady on
the floor -uh huh)

Episode 314 Wednesday 27/8/08

If yesterday's episode irritated Roja, today's episode
is making her absolutely mad!! Imagine maddie becoming
madder!!!!

Kavi's mom comes to know that Kavi loves Sezhi - when both
are cootchi cooing in the mobile, mommy eavesdrops!!!

Bhoo comes home - pitch drunk - only loosumani is available to
open the door - moron blabbers...Loosu is sick of that smell..
moron goes in to Loosu's room and falls on her bed....loosu
wakes athai up saying that sonny boy is drunk - Angu has a
plan .... asks Loosu to sleep on the floor in the same room as
moron ..and in the morning both act as if the rocky marriage
has been consummated !!! uh huh nalla varuthu Roja vayile....
ithellam oru jenmangal....Roja pats herself - semai nick kuduthe
Roja nee - LOOSUMANI - fits that stupid like the letter T -
Not just that, both athai and DIL let Viji in to the secret ( supposed
to be very subtle , uh huh, they could not have made it more
obvious!!) Viji cries that moron has cheated her.. Tams , Danda
and the rest in attendance ...Loosu laughs like a total loosu and
Angu echoes that.... UH HUH UH HUH ROJAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

Episode 315 Thursday 28/8/08

Ok, I am going to real brief updates of today and tomorrow

Part 1 - imparting knowledge - Kavi's mom imparts all she learnt
by eavesdropping - " Namba ponnu antha Sezhiyan ai love panraa.
Na thaan avanga pesinathai kettene" - dad: " are u sure that it is
Sezhi?" mommy: "yes, i am good at eavesdropping, I did hear that
name" - Daddy goes in and starts shouting. Shouts at Kavi for
falling in love with an useless (athu ennavO unmai) guy like Sezhi
"padippu mudikkalai, family le innum sisters to be settled, does not
have a decent job.....what is this?" And shouts at athai for allowing this -
Paunu nicely chides atahi for being cunning. Athai gets all worked up
and says that once she got wind of this, she did warn Kavi - calls Kavi to
endorse her statement, Kavi diplomatically keeps quiet - athai wants to
clear her name, pulls Kavi's dad to Tilaga's house - " naane kekkaren,
antha pullai mele kutham illai ..ellam avan amma and that Megala velai" -
they storm out.

Second part is about Sakthi and Diwa - this couple are absolutely
irritating - Diwa collects all that he brought from his dad - to give
them back - mentally challenges Sakthi to veto and she mentally
challenges him to ask - not a word is spoken uh huh - this girl is
the most impractical girl I have ever seen - Tilagaaaaaa Roja will send
u a book on upbringing!

Athai and kavi's dad - before they arrive Kavi calls Sezhi and warns
about the impending danger - wants him to tell her dad that she will
be taken care of. The duo arrive, athai gets a few second alone with
Sezhi -tells him"kandukkathey" - lots of shouting happens - the ever
obliging Tilaga obliges the director - cries.... whenever athai talks Megs
tries to shut her up - again this woman needs lessons on using her
hands while acting - itis neither Bharathanatyam, nor Kathakali nor
Odissi...uh huh - Kavi's dad gets angry about athai being chided -
"avanga enga pakkam pesaraanga, athaan ipdi yaa?" - finally they
storm out.

Episode 316 Friday 29/8/08

Diwa comes to his parental home - with all the things -
and informs dad that Sakthi is not inclined to accept
all this old stuff. Durga is mad at hubby for giving away
all her things to Sakthi without consulting her - says that
Sakthi is full of thimir "pirantha veet le irunthu enna kondu
vanthaa? thimir mattum niraiya" Diwa cries -"ange ponaa ava
thittara, inga vantha amma kathaaranga?? naenna panna??"
( try being a human for starters - put your foot down and execute
if u believe in what you are doing!!) Daddy consoles -"azaathey
kanna azaaathey, intha credit card ellam puthusa vaangi un wife ai
santhosha paduthu" Diwa takes it and goes.

Looks like Diwa has bought all the new stuff - a delivery van in front
of his house - Sakthi comes to know that he has bought new things
but is angry that she was not taken along - refuses to accept the things
saying that the person who bought them is not here. The person who
bought them all is lamenting to his friend Anitha -
"this this this ..happened Anitha I do not know how to deal with Sakthi"
Anitha can not understand how any woman can be so
weird. The shop owner calls Diwa and says that his delivery
people are waiting outside the locked house. Diwa promises
to rush and Anitha tags along.

Major advice session for Sezhi - every one tries to impress that
he is excellent groom material(uh huh) and that he can get a
much better girl. Megs says that Kavi is in love with him now but
after some time will be reunited with her parents -' appo muthalle
un suya mariyadhai than pogum. Unnai romba kevalamma pesuvaanga"
Sezhi finally utters some pearls of wisdom - ":apdi enna pesuvaanga??
Viswam amma unnai pesinathai vidavaa?? all are stunned.....
