Atul says "Meri basanti ka naam hai - Sanjeevani! ", and then falls down and goes to sleep.
Everyone's hairaan, what happened to him? Rahul says " Kitna kaam kiya hai usne, isliye thak kar so gaya hai."
Muskaan, Armaan, Ridhima and Shubhankar all pitch in to help out Atul.
Dr. Keerti continues with her speech, and thanks all the interns. Dr Shashank also joins in. Everyone else go thier own way. All the interns take Atul to Armaan's home.
Rahul says, "jaan bachi lakho paye, ghar ke buddhu ghar ko aaye".
Muskaan says, " haan yaar, pata nahi. Atul kuch bhi bak deta, achha hua tune apni akal sahi vakt par lagayi". Rahul says "I will take that as a compliment"
Rahul and Musakaan go home after some time.
Ridhima tells Armaan, that they have to talk, but Atul wakes up. Armaan gives him a tight slap! Atul is shocked, and then Armaan and Ridhima tell him what had happened. Atul promises them he will have nothing to do with Don anymore. Ridhima goes to the kitchen to make some cofee. Mean while Atul goes to the bathroom, and Armaan comes into the kitchen. He sees Ridhima struggling to get a jar out of the shelf. So he helps he out just like before and they share a cute moment.
