Today is the 32nd death anniversary of Mukeshji.He passed away on 27th August'1976 at the age of 53 in detroit,Michigan,USA.Lets pay our tribute to this great singer.

Mukesh (22 July1923 – 27 August1976) was an Indian playback singer of Bollywood. Along with Mohammed Rafi and Kishore Kumar, he was one of the three leading male Bollywood playback singers from the 1950s to the 1970s.

Raj Kapoor once remarked-I am just the body he is the soul.

Some of my favorite songs-

kisi ki muskurahaton pe ho nisaar

aa ab laut chale

jaaon kahan bata e dil

main pal do pal ka shaayar hoon

maine tere liye hi saat rang

kahin door jab din dhal jaaye

let me just say all his songs were soulful and all superhits specially the ones picturised on Raj Kapoor.please add your comments and favorite songs of Mukeshji.

ya Raj Kapoor voice and Shankar jaikishan used his voice so well, Jatin once said: Mukesh ki awaz me ek daku ke liye gana gawa do wo bhi innocent lagega itni masoomiyat hai inki gayaki me.

My Most favorite Hero Raj Kapoorji and Singer Mukeshji with S-J MD duo. Fantastic combination. Legend I miss very much 😭

I still vividly remember the day he died in Chicago 😳
