Gifts from Simran

Simran gives a gift to Shaguna...some clothes, mobile etc. beautifully wrapped. I would like to know which part of the world from it happens where the employer wraps a farewell gift for a helper maid?

Simran used to get wrapped gifts for family from her international business trips too, that was still acceptable but this was quite dumb. More so, because she told what's inside 😃

Is it that Simran is contesting for, Kuan banegi dumbest protagonist? 😃😃 Well, then it's totally justified 👏

Sia on the other hand, gets a gift, a primitive radio, for her mom which was not in its original packaging either. Is it because Sia thought that Simran is blind and hence didn't care?

I don't think its dumb to give a gift to a helper maid. Infact it is a symbol of gratitude/thanks to show that you really appreciate your employee service...and I guess all the good employers give adieu gifts to their employess and I do not think it matters whether the employee was a manager or a maid...and if it does then the employer is not a fair employer....

You got it wrong. Giving a gift is not dumb. Giving it wrapped to a house maid and then revealing what's inside it the dumb act.

But wait, why am I expecting any sensible act in this soap as Krutilynn said in one of her posts ... Sinha, Selection and Sense do not go together at all 😃

When I read it I found it odd too... Ajai Sinha's creative team keeps changing...
In one episode, Simran gives laddoos to Astha and says that her grandma had made them .. the laddoos were in a box that you get in a shop...
I was wondering, what are these scriptwriters and creative heads doing????

I hope Gaurav & Sia are not the creative directors 😉

u r so right vazz, even i remember the episode about the laddoos and we had a good laugh. 😆

I didn't find it dumb . Its sweet to wrap it for your maid . Why not ya , she's been a member of the family for them .

Also so what if she mentioned whats inside . I for one am really funny about it . I buy a gift , then i get to tempted to tell the person what it is immediately....run and give it before the occasion . mere pait me baat nahi rehti .pait duktha hai . Or i'll say please rip the gift wraping and see at once or i'll go crazy . Maybe our dear Simran is like me !! Crazy ....i know !! 😆 😳

I don't find gift wrapping funny or dumb even if its for the house maid. I have seen scenes far far dumber than this in this serial.
