From my pov, he is referring to soaps being either male-centric or female-centric. Almost all soaps are family-centric, but most are centered around the problems of women, solved by women. This one is centered around the problems of a family, instead of a character or two. If he thinks, he will get a greater scope in the soap, he is entitled to an opinion.

It's all a matter of interpretation..... one can either take the words literally or figure out exactly what is being said, from the tone.

Any who, what is wrong with tsztsa? IT was a good soap. Unfortunately, most people prefer ekta's strech stories, along with rebirths, and plastic surgeries instead of a plot-driven drama.

I watched a few episodes of waaris; nothing special yet! I won't promise I will watch any. But if a person is gonna judge this soap, ought to wait for story to gain momentum , and be patient like one is with ekta's repetitious dramas.

Any who, no more! I better do my work now..... and not get caught in a chain of argument.

Iqbal sounds definitely misogynist when he says he doesnt want any part of female oriented shows.

Actors like Ronit Roy, Kiran Karmarkar have shown their indomitable talent in woman oriented shows like KZK, Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki.

Mr. Bajaj was a heartthrob in KZK, almost beating Anurag in his appeal.😳

He didnt have to shoot people to become popular. Women swooned when he shot romantic looks at Prerna.😳

Actors in so called sari sindoor shows have a lot of scope in emotional, dramatic scenes too.

BTW, when he disses Maayka it seems like sour grapes to me. 😆😆

And if u want to talk abt action, Maayka has more action than Waaris.....there was one huge bomb blast by terrorists, 1 murder, people hiring goons to kill their enemies.

And most of the evil plotting in such shows is done by women, which is fine by me! 😉😆

I dont watch Waaris, but as far as Ive heard, theres no clear scenes of exactly what kind of illegal business they do or do they just take suparis for wrongdoers? 😕😆

I dont think Smriti or the Creatives have a very clear idea of what goes on in the Underworld. 😆

She shd also copy from movies like Company to make it more realistic. 😆

Men like male oriented shows, why do we women feel ashamed to watch female oriented shows?😕

And women themselves are making fun of such shows which are watched and appreciated by millions of female viewers across the world? 😕

Its obvious hes peeved at the female dominated TV Industry. 😉😆

Then hes welcome to return to Bollywood, cuz TV will always be ruled by women.

And by men who love women, and dont insult them any chance they get.

Theres no shame in acting in female oriented shows.

BTW, TSZTSA and Viruddh were both female dominated shows as Smriti herself played the lead in both and gave herself the biggest role. 😉😆

TSZTSA started out well but degenerated later....same thing happens with all her shows unfortunately.

Mere Apney just closed down.... inspite of having Vinod Khanna in it.
