Hey guys! I am SO sorry for not doing the updates for the last couple of days, but I was out of town, as it was my friend's mehendi and sangeet party over the weekend. I got back yesterday, and had work todayy.. I'll be gone again on Friday for the rest of the weekend as it's her wedding this weekend!
BTW: AAZADI MUBARAK GUYS! And ALSOOOOOOO: happy raksha Bandan! =) I had an awesome time celebrating both occasions, and hope the same from you guys! =)
Update for August 15th
Devika hears what Samman had to say to kakul and obviously thinks the worst. She lectures both Samman and kakul and says that they did a nice natak of pretending to want to help her, but making fun of her fate in her back. She says that Rakhi is tomorrow, and today her brother has shown his true colours. She gets upset and leaves. Kakul apologizes to Samman saying that her kismat is bad. He tells her to stop saying that as HIS time is the one that's at fault.
In her house, Devika is crying on utthra's lap, and Amarnaat walks in on them he asks her what the matter is, and Utthra being Utthra adds mirch to the story. Kakul walks in and asks Devika not to think of Samman as a wrong person. She tries to reason with Devika but she does not want to hear anything. Utthra asks kakul to leave, but Amarnaat asks Utthra to at least listen to kakul. Utthra does not want to listen however, and asks kakul to leave once again.
At night, Samman is speaking with Sharad. Sharad says that he knows that Samman would not think like that for his sister, and says that tomorrow being Rakhi everything will be okay. Kakul says that Sharad is right, and since tomorrow is Rakhi, her brother (meaning Sujeet) cannot give her what she wants.
In his room, Sujeet is crying while he thinks of Trisha. He sees four women wearing white come with shaguns, and Trisha walks in from behind them. Trisha says that she has come to make her husband a bridegroom once again.(OMGH WOMAN! IF YOU WANT HIM MARRIED, MAKE HIM MARRY A WOMAN OF WORTH! NOT DEVIKA!)
Trisha progresses to open each shagun ki thalli, and reveals stuff that a groom needs to dress up in. Sujeet looks at her in pain, while she keeps removing the cover from each thali. Trisha then takes the dulhe ki pagdi, and walks towards Sujeet to put it on him, while the women in the background throw flowers at them. Sujeet throws the pagdi away, and then walks towards the girls and overthrows all of their thalis (YEYA! That's what I am talking about baby!)
In the morning Sujeet talks to his baby (aw.. the baby is so adorable.. I wanna pinch his cheeks). He says that he wants to share a secret with his son and says that last night he dreamt of his mother, who wanted to get away from the both of them. He says that life is not so short that you can just forget relationships. Sujeet picks up his baby, while Bau-seheb walks in and says that he needs to get ready as Kakul would be coming soon for raksha-bandad soon. When he does not say anything, bau-sehab walks to Sujeet and says that if he does not want to say anything to him as a son, he should say it as a friend. Sujeet says that everything is becoming blurred, like his love and his feelings. He asks what is happening to him and bau-sehab replies back by saying that he is starting to understand life and he needs to walk ahead in life. When Sujeet says that he will not, Bau-sehab still tries to reason with him and says that God is trying to help him out by giving him options, but Sujeet says that who is God to tell him what to do! (lamo! Gotta love Sujeet man!) Bau-sehab says that whatever his decision maybe, it will not make Sujeet a stranger to him, and says from now on you are not my son-in-law
BREAK!
Bau-sehab explains that he is now his son, and whatever his son decides is bau-sehab's own decision as well! (aw.. I love bau-sehab)
Utthra is arranging the thali for rakhsa bandan, while Devika looks on with a book in her hand. Utthra says that Devika will have to tie the rakhis for all of her sisters, on both Samman and Sharad. She says that for the first time her children have divided on rakhi. Everyone progresses to come down but Devika does not make a move to do anything. Samman tells her that he still needs to go to work as it is not a national holiday ! (hahahah!) and gives her gift to him. Devika gets up and tells Samman that she refuses to tie a rakhi on him.
BREAK
Devika goes to Sharad and tells him that he might be getting late for work, and she should tie his rakhi. Sharad says that he has always gotten his rakhi tied after his older brothers. He says that he will only get a rakhi tied after Samman, or else he does not want it at all. Samman interferes and asks him what is he says. Devika starts her drama (I should call her dramabaaz from now on) and says that indeed it her kismat which is at fault and says that the same thing that happened last year has repeated itself. She says that maybe her brothers should just poison her instead. She gets mad and throws the thali away. The screen breaks into four, showing Samman, Sharad, Kakul (who is shaking her head.. she is probably thinking that she was fine away from this house.. maybe she should finally change her "sapna") and Utthra who is giving everything a dirty look.
